Last Week...

Steffy steps up, and Dylan defies Electra’s orders. In place of Electra’s Aunt Ivy, Steffy joins the junior jewelry designer on a business trip to San Francisco. Finn, of all people, inadvertently causes Dylan and Will to spend more time together. And can ya blame her for gawking?

Electra and Steffy prepare a jewelry presentation with which they hope to dazzle affluent socialite Dottie Bright (daytime and prime-time soap legend Morgan Fairchild) and her assistant Joseph (Jim J. Bullock, who you may remember from the Ted Knight sitcom Too Close for Comfort). Though Carter tells Daphne about his plans for their future, we can’t help but wonder whether he should actually be asking her how she envisions their life together.

Ivy catches Dylan on Will’s lap, and Carter and Daphne make wedding plans. It’s go time for Electra and Steffy. Will the unlikely tag team be able to win over Dottie? Rather than allow R.J. to forge his own path, Brooke encourages him to work with his dad, Ridge. Guess it wasn’t so long ago that R.J. was being anointed the golden child after helping Eric with his designs. Not only do Will and Dylan share a close moment, but it’s witnessed by the show’s new Gladys Kravitz.

As Electra confides in Steffy — no doubt about her fears while Dylan is left alone with Will — Aunt Ivy is taking the bull by the horns and confronting the unhoused co-ed. Katie’s next hire may inflame the Forrester outrage… even before they find out about Eric!

Ivy orders Dylan out of town, and Deacon and Taylor kiss. Wait, is Ivy the soap’s new Stephanie? Didn’t see that one coming. But she sure is acting like the brooch-loving bulldozer when she insists that Dylan not only move out of Will’s guest room but leave L.A. altogether! At the very same moment that Sheila iscueingg up another round of “For Taylor’s a jolly good fellow,” the shrink is sharing what’s being described as “a special moment” with Deacon.

Next Week...

Taylor and Deacon are ready to move forward with their relationship. There are just a couple (hundred) problems with that, ranging from his fears about what his unstable wife will do to the shrink’s push-back from her daughter. In fact, coming up, Steffy doesn’t so much draw a line in the sand as open a chasm!

“You will no longer associate with Deacon,” she says, sounding an awful lot like the grandmother after whom she was named, “or you’re gonna lose our family and me.”

Needless to say, Deacon is not into the idea of bailing out. “I don’t know how we give it up,” he tells Taylor, aka the woman for whom he’s been searching his whole life. (His words.) But it looks like the couple is going to have to try.

Over at Spencer Publications — or, rather, Logan — Eric blows away Katie with his designs. They are exactly what she was looking for to launch her fashion house, she exclaims. But, as if the boss could have forgotten, Eric hastens to remind her that hhisbecoming her lead designer has to remain on the down-low.

Finally, at Forrester Creations, Dylan, fresh from the scolding of a lifetime that she got from Ms. “Proper” Ivy, bumps into R.J. — literally, causing him to drop his drink. While the snotty secretary rolls her eyes at the meet-cute, R.J. turns on the charm as he introduces himself as Steffy’s brother. Or maybe he’s just always charming?

On one end of the canvas, as Electra learns that Steffy will be going on that business trip to San Francisco, apparently in Ivy’s place — maybe that’s why she’s so bitter? — Dylan is left home alone with Will. And though the unhoused co-ed promised her gal pal that she had the utmost respect for her relationship with her boyfriend, she immediately seems to break the rules.

Rather than stay in the guest room as instructed, Dylan winds up in the beach house with her handsome benefactor. Not only that, she lands practically in his lap. Are they going to kiss? It certainly seems so to the Peeping Tom who’s staring through the window: Ivy!

Dylan had better be packed up and moved on out before Electra gets home, because she’s gonna be pissed!

On the other end of the canvas, the sexual tension between Taylor and Deacon finally boils over. Even as Sheila is saying for the zillionth time that she and her husband “are so incredibly blessed to have” the shrink, Deacon is having her in a very different way — by locking lips with the object of his affections.

Wonder if elsewhere on the canvas, Steffy’s Spidey senses start tingling at that very moment!

Finally, the new R.J. managed to go a whole week with his shirt on. That changes next week, though, as he comes in from a swim. “This is a familiar sight,” Brooke exclaims. “It’s like you never left!”

Eh, not really, Brooke. Wasn’t R.J. staying at the beach house before he took off? Whatevs. It’s nice to have him back, regardless, and recast Brayan Nicoletti is a born charmer. Once Electra finds out how close Will got to Dylan while she was away, the jewelry designer might reclaim the “WE” necklace she gave her boo and decide that she could do worse than to date her sorta cousin.

Last Week...

Sienna turns to Victor for help after overhearing Nick and Noah’s conversation. In the Newmans’ never-ending battle against Matt Clark, Victor receives valuable Intel from Sienna. Genoa City’s newest and perhaps unlikeliest tag team of Victoria and Adam work together to protect Newman Enterprises. Nick, proving he can be just as stubborn as dear old dad, ignoresthe doctor’s orders.

Victor takes possession of Matt, Nick receives a parting gift, and Billy probes Victoria. Guess it’s time to hit the gym as Victor prepares to go up against Matt Clark. Chance’s Revenge? Matt Cohen teases Detective Burrow’s future… amid Abby and Devon’s troubles. Chelsea proves herself to Nikki. As only an ex can, Victoria holds Billy accountable for his actions.

Victor sees Nikki and Jack hugging, and Sally confronts Cane. Knowing how Victor overreacts when he finds Nikki and Jack in a compromising situation, we can only assume they’re, like, having tea or attending an AA meeting. It always comes down to this with Billy Boy, doesn’t it? Sally is blindsided by her partner’s decision-making. She is Phyllis, hear her roar! On Hump Day, she stands her ground with Cane. Oops… he did it again! Cane’s set to destroy [Spoiler]’s life… and only a shocking twist can save them.

Victoria tells Oane, and Billy takes the offer. Another day, another threat. This time, it’s Victor putting Jack on notice for the 1,000th time. Sharon worries about Nick’s condition — with good reason, we’re sorry to say. Serving up a reminder that she’s her father’s daughter. Victoria hits Cane where it hurts.

Look for a new face to hit Genoa City as Young & Restless recasts a legacy character ahead of a major new storyline.

Mariah stalks Dominic, and Audra asks Amy for forgiveness. Trouble is on the horizon for Abby and Devon. Unable to escape the nightmare into which she’s been plunged, Mariah receives a haunting message. In more danger than ever! Jack’s one twist away from losing it all… including Diane! Better late than never, Audra and Holden make amends with Amy.

Coming Up...

All hell breaks loose... Not only do Nick and Sharon light into Phyllis, but Victor stoops to a new low in his war with Cane. Last Week...

After being acquitted, Willow plunges a syringe into Drew’s neck! Now that Willow’s been found not guilty of shooting Drew, how long until the truth comes out? (And how will everyone react upon realizing that, thanks to double jeopardy laws, she can’t be charged with the crime a second time!) Someone is about to get not only an offer from Sonny, but one that is downright cryptic. Could this be why Dante is feeling conflicted? Anna’s been through a lot over the years, but what’s about to unfold will leave her downright horrified. Nina might want to watch her step around Drew after he issues a pretty serious threat.

Due to news coverage, the ABC soap was not seen today. But don’t worry, you didn’t miss anything… Tuesday’s episode will air on Wednesday.

Drew suffers a stroke and could face life locked in! Proving that the GH team is second to none, Elizabeth and Lucas rush into action when they’re called upon to do so. Britt asks Jason out on a date. Hey, maybe this time they won’t run into Carly! Ava will no doubt be interested in what Trina has to say! The new guy in town, Cullum, is large and in charge, making it clear by issuing a new set of orders. Things are definitely tense when Michael and Chase cross paths.

It appears that might be the case as they share a bittersweet moment… While we might expect the opposite to be true, Sophia is downright shocked when she catches a glimpse of Holly. But why?
