Beyond the Gates
Last week…
As one couple goes public, another continues to implode —
and wait until you hear what a livid Nicole said to Leslie! Anita’s got a
big surprise that’s going to rock her fans… or perhaps leave them jazzed? Samantha
has proven to be wise beyond her years, but will she be able to help Martin and
Smitty find their way back to one another? Leslie crashing the big concert has
pushed all of Nicole’s buttons… and she’s over it!
Did Bill just set Hayley’s downfall in motion? Plus,
Nicole realizes [Spoiler] is way over her head! Doug made a major mistake,
and someone’s about to call him out on it! Will Ashley take the sound advice
offered by someone she trusts implicitly? Vanessa is being just a bit too free
with her money, and it’s going to draw the attention of someone she probably
would rather not have noticed!
Hayley and Dani’s vicious verbal smackdown turns tragic —
plus, Andre makes a stunning decision! When Hayley needs a favor, who does she
call upon? Nobody can call you out like your best friend, which is what happens
when Pamela puts Dani on the spot. Bill’s association with Joey causes yet
another rift between Naomi and her dad.
Hayley claims to have lost her baby, but we just got a
whole new reason to suspect she’s lying through her teeth! We might not
think of Dani as the first person we’d call in an emergency, but she’s about to
rise to the occasion. Naomi’s rough week gets worse when she gets a bit of news
from Ashley! Elon makes a decisive move in the Stance Park murder
investigation.
Hayley has something to tell Bill, and it could have a
major impact on their relationship. Randy’s had a few questionable
associations in the past, but he’s been a good friend to Doug. When the doctor
tries to draw Randy into a messy situation, will he stand by his side? Andre’s
ready to have an honest and heartfelt conversation… but with which of the
ladies in his life?

The Bold & the Beautiful
Last week…
Eric pushes the panic button, and Finn confronts Grace.
Eric warns Ridge that he must act fast to win Brooke back from Nick before it’s
too late. Note to self: Please let it already be too late. Continuing to dig
into Liam’s case, Finn confronts Grace — and honey, that’s just the start!
Grace confesses, and Brooke and Nick have a boating
accident. Finn and Grace’s face-off continues with Steffy’s better half
lobbing an accusation at Dr. Buckingscam. Unaware that Ridge is racing through
Naples to sink the operation, Nick prepares to propose to Brooke during a boat
outing.
Grace begs Finn to keep mum, and Ridge saves Brooke. Ridge
makes a splashy save in the Mediterranean. (Read more about that here.) Finn is
stunned by Grace’s confession. The rest of us? Eh, we knew something was afoot
a mile away.
Grace is ordered to come clean, and Sheila runs into Li…
literally. Both Li and Sheila are surprised by their interaction. Are these
fierce foes going to become friends just in time for the fit to hit the shan
over the fact that Luna’s aunt/grandmother is keeping her alive? (More on that
here.) Grace’s house comes tumbling down. Only metaphorically, we hope. The
doc’s got enough problems as it is!
Grace confesses, and Sheila finds Luna at Li’s. It’s
time for truth and consequences as Grace begins to tell all about Liam’s cancer
to him and Hope.
Coming up…
The truth is out, and Grace is in hot water, that is.
Liam informs dad Bill that the doctor, desperate to protect
her family (remember them?), “prescribed meds that mimicked those symptoms”
that hit him like a ton of bricks. Bill takes this news poorly. “Bitch is going
to pay,” he declares.
Guess that’s one way to restore Don Diamont’s character to
his factory settings!
Nick is still pitching the woo to Brooke. “This is not over
for us,” he tells her, “Because I love you.” And he just happens to proffer an
engagement ring to prove it! Meanwhile, Taylor, sensibly fearing that her
engagement to Ridge is on shaky ground, tries informing her fiancé that Brooke
“has a future, but it’s not with you.
“Because,” she adds, “I am never taking off this ring.”
Sure, Jan. You tell yourself what you need to.
Finally, Sheila, reeling from the reveal that her
granddaughter isn’t dead, asks Li the obvious question: “Why? Why did you save
Luna?”
The Young & the Restless
Last week…
Claire lashes out at Victor, and Billy balks at Cane’s
big plans. Victor loses patience with Adam’s insubordination. Sounds like
somebody’s gonna be sent to his penthouse without any supper! Though he’s not
exactly Mr. Popularity since his party in France left three people dead,
resourceful Cane manages to form a new alliance. Chelsea shares a secret with
Lily. Will Adam’s significant other come to regret spilling the beans?
Cane drops a bomb on Billy and Phyllis, and Nikki stands
up to Victor. Victor and Nikki argue over family matters. Would now be a
good time to point out that it’s never too far into a relationship to undergo
marital counseling? Does it still count as Mommy & Me time if Jill and
Billy spend it having a heated exchange? A woman on a mission, Phyllis will not
be dissuaded. Today, she doubles down and protects her interests.
Jill and Billy hurt each other anew, Claire forces Kyle
to come clean, and Nikki makes a bold suggestion. Gee, who could have
predicted that Audra’s team-up with Victor would go south? Ah, yes — everybody!
Even she has to see it now that he’s giving her her walking papers. Kyle comes
clean with Claire. How will Cole’s grief-stricken daughter take the news that
her beau kissed his old flame? Nikki laid the groundwork for a shocking new
alliance that will turn Genoa City upside-down! Nikki’s gotta be itching for a
rematch with Victor when she dares to ask Jack for a favor.
Lily considers a huge risk, Victor hatches a new plot,
and Audra pokes the Claire bear. Victor wants Lily to join his revenge
plot. Eh, maybe if he rebrands it as a retribution plot? Wasting no time,
Claire sets the record straight with Audra. Kyle invites Adam to play Let’s
Make a Deal.
Victor proposes an unlikely alliance, Billy spills the
beans, and Phyllis cozies up to Cane. Victor strikes an unexpected deal. Phyllis
pushes Billy’s buttons as only an ex-lover can. No more floating for Chelsea:
She’s forced to take sides.
Coming up…
“Chadam” hit a rough patch, Nick catches Sharon off
guard, and Victoria is asked to lend a hand.
Monday, August 11:
First, Nikki asks Jack to team up with Victor, and now Jack
seeks out Victoria’s help. Man, Cane doesn’t stand a chance!
Lily delivers bad news to Holden, who is the last to know
what happened to his former pal Damian.
Tuesday, August 12:
Phyllis shares a secret with Daniel. Cue Daniel going, “Mom.
I don’t need to know every crazy thing you do!”
Even as she attempts to make waves in Claire and Kyle’s
relationship, Audra covers her tracks with Nate. We think she should step
further into this version of herself, personally.
No longer riding in the passenger seat of her own life,
Claire takes matters into her own hands.
Wednesday, August 13:
Victor retaliates against Cane. Anyone else think he won’t
make it through the week before he’s added to the list of enemies bested by The
Mustache?
Nick loses his cool with Billy, and honestly, we get it.
Jill’s son has an attitude enough for six people.
Jack receives an unexpected invitation.
Thursday, August 14:
It isn’t like Victor to delegate the responsibilities he
likes the best — like fighting foes — but he recruits Nick to take down an
opponent.
Christine asks Lauren for a favor. Matron of honor, perhaps?
His feelings for Tessa are growing by the day. Daniel confesses
to Danny.
Friday, August 15:
Nice that they can still surprise one another after all
these years: Sharon sees a new side to Nick.
Despite having proven a million times over that he can’t
keep a promise, Cane makes one to Lily.
Adam loses patience with Chelsea’s loyalty to Billy.
General Hospital
Last week…
Britt finally speaks with the big boss, and Anna is taken
hostage. Anna and longtime enemy Obrecht (whom you’ll recall once held
Robin captive and let folks believe her dead) are about to cross paths! Ava has
an idea which she presents as a proposal. Is Britt about to be discovered, or
does something else take her by surprise? Gio runs into his stepdad, Chase. Molly
and her dad get together for dinner. Wonder if the topic of his relationship
with Ava will be broached?
Michael believes Willow tormented Daisy and Sasha, and
Anna realizes Joss is heading straight for Britt. Jason, still convinced he
saw Britt (despite what Obrecht said), confides in Sonny. Michael isn’t
suspicious by nature, but he tells someone why his hackles are up. Lucas isn’t
thrilled with Sonny’s recent actions, which is why he and Carly wind up having
another very honest conversation. Willow wants to make amends, but what can she
do to make people forget her recent actions? Sidwell would like nothing better
than to derail Tracy. But good luck with that, dude!
Tracy orders the Deception team not to go to the police
about Sonny. Sonny puts the pieces of a puzzle together. Not literally, of
course! Chase gets into it with Michael. Lulu hopes that the person she’s
roping in is an ally. Jason and Britt are finally set to reunite — but doing so
will have big, dangerous consequences! Laura has a meeting with Dante. Danny
tries to help Rocco navigate a difficult situation.
Drew threatens Sidwell in his quest to rescue Willow, and
Lucy unknowingly may have put Maxie in danger. Anna is a woman with
connections… but will one of them come through for her? Emma has a
heart-to-heart conversation with Trina. Jordan and Laura compare notes on the
Sidwell/Sonny situation. Brook Lynn has a secret-sharing conversation with
Sonny. Is Chase being there for Willow a little too much? Ava has some serious
trust issues, which is why she puts Ric to the test! Will he pass or fail?
Anna tells Jason he must find Britt, and Drew makes
Stella his next target. Anna sends Jason after Britt. How amenable to
Carly’s “suggestions” will beau Brennan be? What causes Drew to go looking for
Elizabeth? Britt’s never been big on rule following, so it should come as no
surprise that she’s about to defy someone else’s orders. Things get heated
between Lulu and Dante, who find themselves boiling over with anger. Anna and
Jason have a certain connection. Will that play into how he reacts when she
weighs in?

Josslyn and Vaughn settle in at the Five Poppies Resort,
Britt faces the ramifications of her actions, and Chase has no choice but to
make an arrest — plus, Jason sets a new goal for himself!
Monday, August 11:
Anna has a warning for Jason that she is very likely to fall
on deaf ears.
Josslyn and Vaughn’s new assignment gets underway as they
check into the very same place that Britt’s been hiding out! Meanwhile,
Obrecht’s daughter faces another threat.
Alexis considers doing something that will put her legal
skills to the test!
Tracy’s disapproval is going to sting Cody more than any
superficial wound.

Days of Our Lives
Last week…
Sami has a heartfelt reunion with Marlena, and a search
is launched for Cat and Chad. JJ is concerned about Julie. When Felicity
needs a helping hand, Chanel is there to extend one. Just how close will Chad
and Cat get as they continue to bond? Sami wasn’t on hand for John’s funeral,
but she finally swings by Salem today for an emotional reunion with Marlena.
But just like that, she’ll be gone once again. However, at least we know when
she’ll be back.
Susan claims to know what’s happening with Marlena, and
Chad has a blunt talk with Julie. What does Chad do that catches Julie by
surprise? Marlena gets an update from Sarah… and something tells us it’s not
going to be great news. Rafe may have his work cut out for him as he begins
training Cat! As Gabi and Xander get closer, we can’t help but think that it
could prove to be a troubling development! Susan manages to get under Johnny’s
skin.
Paulina and Gabi testify at Johnny’s trial, and Tate
obsesses over his baby. Paulina gets some much-needed reassurance from her
hubby. Gabi has a few issues she wants to complain about, so she bends Rafe and
Leo’s ears. Could a strategy talk between EJ and Johnny impact the currently
unfolding case against the younger DiMera? Sophia may have to think quickly
when Tate asks for info.
Steve and Alex are about to butt heads! Gabi and
Xander continue to get closer as she opens up to the hunk. There’s a whole lot
of talk about Stefano of late, including the conversation Tony and Anna have
today! Johnny admits his fears and concerns to his wife. Belle and EJ have a
secret meeting.
What causes Belle to angrily lash out at EJ? Marlena
provides Johnny with some much-needed comfort. Gabi does her best to worm a few
secrets out of Xander. Sarah shares something shocking with Brady. Chad takes
care of Cat. “You are dead to me,” Belle says to EJ after his stunt in court.
Coming up…
Marlena receives an unwanted “gift” from a patient,
Rachel isn’t happy, Belle’s relationship hits the skids, and Johnny asks his
