Meanwhile, Hayley worries that her entire scheme is about to unravel! Things get downright rocky between Vanessa and Joey. Chelsea and Kat compare notes on their respective relationships. Vernon takes yet another of those mysterious phone calls… and this one leaves him grinning like the proverbial Cheshire cat!

But is her fear real or part of an act designed to further her plan? Nicole is about to face a temptation she didn’t see coming. Dani is there when someone needs a sounding board. When Ashley and Derek come to an agreement, will it find them getting closer… or further apart?

The Bold & the Beautiful
Last week...
Eric agrees to leave Forrester, and Steffy makes a ‘stunning’ discovery. Eric’s shock and upset at the prospect of being “surprise-retired” increase as Ridge digs in his loafers and refuses to back down. Better late than never, Carter attempts to put himself in Eric’s shoes. Should’ve listened to Daphne before this ill-advised party was ever planned!
Sheila’s not on the guest list for Hope’s wedding, and Ridge and Eric separately express regret over the retirement debacle. Liam and Hope offset their talk about their imminent wedding with a discussion of Eric’s forced retirement. Brooke asks Ridge if he regrets asking Eric to retire. Um, no, he didn’t ask Eric to retire; he ordered him to. Big difference. Deacon breaks the news to Sheila that she isn’t on the guest list for the “Lope” wedding. Cue Sheila going mental in three, two…
Taylor gives Sheila a stern warning as Hope and Liam’s wedding gets underway. And just like that, Liam and Hope’s wedding day has arrived. But as guests convene for the “I re-dos,” a dark cloud is forming overhead — one in the shape of a certain psycho. Yep, Sheila is over at Taylor’s office, fuming. The shrink advises Deacon’s wife not to crash the ceremony, but will she listen? Today’s Liam and Hope’s big wedding day — and Douglas’ backstory hints at a game-changing way forward.
Hope and Liam wed, Ridge approaches Eric, and Sheila warns Taylor. Cue the wedding march, ’cause Hope is heading down the aisle. Taylor explains to Sheila that they cannot be friends because she is Deacon’s therapist. And also maybe because Sheila once “killed” her. And shot pretty much everyone she knows. Though we’re pretty sure Eric knows, Ridge tells his dad that he owes all of his success to the older man. Bill and Brooke tee up their and hers speeches before Hope and Liam exchange both vows and rings.
Bill proposes to Katie, and Eric throws Ridge a curveball. It’s time for Hope and Liam’s wedding reception. Anyone wanna bet Sheila shows up?
Coming up...
Two massive twists.
The first is that Thomas is back with a vengeance — and just when we were wondering what he’s been up to, too. While that’s good news for Hope For the Future, which was never more successful than under the designer’s guidance, it’s very bad news for the line’s newest hire, Deke. When Hope expresses reservations about working with her ex-lover — the one with whom she strayed on Liam, whom she just remarried — Steffy’s all, “You can’t make business decisions because you’re uncomfortable around my brother.”
Why is that so bad for Deke? It would appear that if Thomas is in, Deke is out. Hope protests that her half-brother has “fresh ideas” and pleads, “There has to be room” for him. As cold as the bottom line, Steffy says simply, “There’s not.”
Which may not be the end of the world for Deke, because L.A. is about to get — and this is our second massive twist — a second fashion house. “This is my wedding present to you,” Bill tells Katie, “your own fashion house.” She’s floored by the gesture, and we?
The question now is, what talent will Katie recruit? Obviously, she’ll want Will on board; no one organizes fabric swatches like he does. Deke and his “fresh” ideas might fit right in at Katie’s company. And rather than start his own line, perhaps Eric will elect to lend a hand to his dear old friend, Katie.
The Young & the Restless
Last week...
Victor offers Sienna a bribe, and Cane threatens Phyllis. Victor starts the week the way he does every one: striking out at somebody, in this case Matt Clark. Adopting a never-say-die attitude, Cane reaches out and forms a new alliance. Phyllis is in guard-dog mode as she issues a stern warning to Adam.
Michael surprises Lauren on their twentieth anniversary, and Phyllis crashes the party. Michael pulls out all the stops to give Lauren the surprise of a lifetime on their anniversary.
Noah runs into Audra, Jack takes Victor off guard, and Billy and Sally prepare to launch. Having gone a whole day without attacking anyone, Victor launches his assault on Jack and Jabot. Hoping history doesn’t repeat itself, Billy and Sally prepare for the party in honor of the launch of Abbott Communications. Noah and Audra have an unexpected reunion.
Holden threatens Audra, and Sharon puts Sienna on notice. Is Sienna ready to face Noah’s mama? She’d better be, because loverboy’s significant other is about to be asked about her intentions by none other than Sharon. Noah and Audra may be once bitten, twice… With Claire gunning for her, Audra makes a deal with Holden. Can she trust him to hold up his end of it? After swearing off Cane once and for all for good again, Lily has a change of heart about her former husband.
Audra remembers a shocking death, Sharon makes a confession, Matt Clark returns, and Phyllis and Cane kiss. Phyllis treats Cane like an elevator by pushing his buttons. If only he didn’t make it so easy for her to do! At a crossroads in his life, Nate takes Lily into his confidence. Determined to protect Sharon, Nick takes matters into his own hands.
Coming up...
Once again, the Black Knight scores against Jack, leaving his longtime nemesis and half the canvas trying to pick up the pieces. Monday, December 15:
Ready… aim… fire! Victor orders Adam to set in motion his revenge plot of the week.
Better late than never, Cane and Phyllis set boundaries for their relationship. Mm-hmm, because they’re both so good at respecting boundaries.

Tuesday, December 16:
Victor celebrates his 102nd victory against Jack.
As the wheels come off the cart once more, Billy and Sally scramble to do damage control.

Wednesday, December 17:
Cue the eye-rolling as Nikki learns of Victor’s latest coup against Jabot.
If we were Jack, we might throw in the towel and just enjoy being rich. But nah, he immediately starts planning his counterattack against Victor.
Claire and Kyle form an alliance against Audra.
Thursday, December 18:
A scolding? Yeah, sure, Jack, that’ll work. Futile as it may be, he holds Adam and Chelsea accountable for their actions.
As Billy strikes a deal with Phyllis, does anybody wanna lay odds on how long it will be before the breaks it?
Could Victor’s granddaughter be Jabot’s secret weapon? Perhaps, as Kyle sends a message to his ex-wife, Summer.
Friday, December 19:
Desperate to strike back at Victor, Jack interferes with his relationship with Nikki.
At the same time, Diane reaches out to Michael for help in battling The Mustache.
The Nick/Matt situation takes a turn for the dangerous. Will Nick go so far as to kill this clear and present threat to his family?
