The Young and the Restless
Jack rethinks his relationship with Nikki; Jack remains steadfast about not abandoning Dina; Nick looks for answers about the fire at the Underground; Victor sets out to safeguard his reputation and does damage control; Victor is concerned that DesignDate may affect his family and Newman Enterprises; Scott and Abby form an alliance against Victoria; Victoria savors her role at Newman Enterprises; Abby makes a stand against Victoria; Tessa makes a revelation; Hilary dodges the spotlight; Jordan feels great after exposing Hilary; Chelsea compromises her relationship with Victor; Chelsea and Victor make a deal; Sharon suspects there’s something going on between Scott and Abby; Ashley makes an unexpected move; Dina and Jack have a nostalgic moment; Cane’s world is thrown into a tailspin; Lily supports Cane.

The Bold and the Beautiful
Thorne Forrester (Ingo Rademacher) returns with only Forrester Creations and Brooke in mind; Tensions rise between Ridge and Thorne when Thorne returns to Los Angeles from Paris; Thorne tells Brooke why he stayed away so long; Thorne reveals a secret to Brooke; Wyatt demands answers from $Bill about the change in the family dynamic; Liam is happy to be back in the family fold unaware of $Bill and Steffy’s secret; Sally pays Liam a visit wanting to know where they stand; Sally boldly asks Liam about his marriage; Eric is blindsided by Sheila’s employment at Il Giardino and her apology; $Bill and Steffy are determined to keep their tryst a secret from Liam; $Bill warns Steffy that they will pay a hefty price if their secret is revealed; Steffy wants to remain committed to her marriage and rejects $Bill’s proposition. 

Casting Scoops:  Annika Noelle has been cast as Hope Logan; General Hospital’s Ingo Rademacher takes over the role of Thorne Forrester starting this week; a casting call has gone our for a 20-year-old Caucasion at least 5’10” in height to play the part of Chase—Chase is well-educated, handsome, artistic, ambitious, and charismatic; he is engaging, but he will stand up for himself when needed; there is a casting call for a 22- to 24-year-old black male—the role is described as a leading man.

General Hospital
Sam holds back, while Jason’s tensions mount; Jason is left reeling; Ava’s spirits are high, but she soon questions her decision; Griffin races to stop Ava; Griffin is enraged; Curtis and Jordan join forces; Jordan makes an appeal; Valentin is caught off-guard; Patient 6 enlists Dante’s help; Sonny puts Liesl in the hot seat; Sonny gets assistance form a familiar face; things don’t go as planned for Alexis; Alexis is left stunned; Oscar gives his mother the slip; Josslyn hatches a new plan; Finn informs Anna what he plans to do; Franco has second-thoughts.   

Sneak Peek:  Liz defends her actions; Sam doesn’t hold back; Carly and Nelle trade words; Sonny is on the hunt for an enemy; Franco is in over his head.  

 Further down the road:  Sam struggles with her choices; Julian gets a new lease on life; a mother’s long-held secret leads a search close to home; the Britch resurfaces.

Days of Our Lives
Will’s loved ones rally around him as they continue to celebrate his resurrection and hope his memories follow suit; will becomes more determined to regain his memories after emotionally reuniting with Arianna Grace; Marlena may hold a key to Will’s remembering his past and asks his doctor grandmother to hypnotize him; with Marlena’s help, some of what Will remembers seems too crazy to be reality, but there’s always more to the story than meets the eyes; Lucas is stunned to learn that he did in fact see the real Will, and it wasn’t a drunken hallucination in Memphis; Lucas and Kate are reunited with Will, but, for Lucas, it really hits home and makes him question his recent actions; fearing Will’s memories may never return, Sami takes extreme measures by abducting Ben and questioning him; Sami instructs Ben on what he must do to ensure Will gets his memory back, but Ben ensures Sami that her questionable tactics will drive Will away forever; believing she is helping Will, Sami’s actions only cause more strife for her son, which causes him to shut Sami out; Abe wants JJ out of the Salem P.D. and demands that Hope terminate his position with the police once and for all; Hope has strong objections to Abe’s impassioned request, which pushes Abe too far and pushes Hope out of her position as commissioner; though he tries to defend Hope, Rafe is tapped in to become the new commissioner, which puts more of a strain on his relationship with Hope; already distressed and flusterated, Hope feels ambushed when Rafe demands answers as to why they can’t get married; a rattled Rafe believes that he’ll never live up to Bo, which Hope agrees with, but that leaves them at a stalemate; with emotions running high and hurtful confessions made in a time of flusteration and anger, things end between Hope and Rafe; in addition to his professional life on the brink, JJ also finds his personal life exploding with Lani ending their relationship; Andre also finds his life in ruins as a fed-up Chad feels that his big brother’s time at the DiMera mansion needs to come to an end; Abigail doesn’t agree with Chad evicting Andre, whom maintains his innocence and wants to stay at the family home; with things tense between Chad and Andre, Kate makes things worse when she shares her part in Theo’s shooting with Andre; given his current place with Chad and his newfound information on Kate, Andre may revert back to his scheming past; as Andre ponders how to stay in place; Ciara comes home to Salem to be near loved ones, especially Theo; both finding themselves in terrible places, old passions reignite between Rafe and Sami when comfort turns to copulation.  

Sneak Peek:  from best friends to brawling—the claws come out between Ciara and Claire; thanks to Brady opening a can a worms regarding Deimos’ death, Detective Eli starts to sleuth; while Belle blindsides Will, both Sami and Hope are shocked when they learn some scandalous secrets as well.   

Further down the road:  someone sinister slithers into Salem with unfinished business for their foes and family alike; there’s no place like home for two wayward Salemites who return to town, perhaps with another former resident in tow; the new year brings new problems for a Salem couple who seemingly has it all, but some “happily ever afters” aren’t meant to last; a few new (and a very familiar) faces pop in Salem as the new year rings in which will change the dynamics of many relationships; the return of a Salem troublemaker may make one man’s life a living hell all over again.
