The holidays in Salem are steeped in tradition and this year will be no different. Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) and Doug (Bill Hayes) open their beloved ornaments and get ready for their annual tree decorating. It's Julie's favorite part of the year and one she takes to heart.
Who will show up to the festive event? Julie worries not many will come around with all the drama going on in Salem.
Will everyone put all the bad blood aside and come together for the holidays? Will Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) put on her best "Hope" facade and be with the "family"? Expect the unexpected during this holiday episode.
Over at the prison, Hattie (Diedre Hall) gets a word of a Christmas gift she never saw coming. Is she getting out?
Rumor has it she may be free sooner than you think and she's not the only one. Eve will also get the ultimate present. She'll get to walk free after spending months screaming about her innocence.
What will EVe do with her newfound freedom? She's been to hell and back in the last few months. She should be taking some time to breathe and soak it all in but will she? Eve likes to hold a grudge and she loves revenge so she may just go off the rails.
Meanwhile, Xander (Paul Telfer) reaches his breaking point being away from Sarah and decides to surprise her for the holidays. Sarah is the love of his life and Mickey is his little girl, blood relation, or not.
Will Eric (Greg Vaughan) step aside and let Xander be? Or, will this cause another fight? It's Christmas, Mickey is sick, everyone is out of their mind with worry, and Eric needs to pick his battles.
