Peter drops a few bombshells, the DiMeras fight for their lives, and Cat and Rafe finally figure out where everyone is. It ain’t easy to best EJ, but Leo is ready to give it the old college try! Will Rafe and Cat come up with any solutions when they put their heads together to brainstorm?
The DiMeras escape, and Peter is gravely injured. Rafe and Jada are on the hunt for the missing DiMeras! Meanwhile, those very same people are doing everything they can to fight their way to freedom! With everything going on, it’s perhaps not surprising that Julie decides to postpone Christmas. There is, however, a bit of brightness to celebrate as Eli and Lani return.
Marlena has a surprise for Rachel. As Abe and Paulina continue to worry about Theo, Brady finds himself confronting Kristen. Could the difficult relationship between Johnny and EJ be on the mend? Seems possible, given that they’re about to share a moment. Meanwhile, Chanel gets together with Sarah, who has an update on the young woman’s test results.
Gather around for the Horton family Christmas! Jack and Jennifer have a suggestion for Chad, Xander gives Maggie a gift, and Sarah and Brady finally kiss. Read the recap here:

Curtis has a whole lot to tell Jordan! Ava and Nina have had a rough go of it lately, but today they find a way to get back on the same page. When Cody needs advice, Tracy shows up to provide it. (How much do we love seeing these two together?) Emma has something she needs to share with Trina.
Portia testifies that Drew blackmailed her, and she was with Isaiah when he was shot. Plus, Alexis learns Michael and Tracy’s secret about the night Drew was shot! Court is back in session as Willow’s trial resumes. But is this case heading for a very big, very shocking twist? Chase is on the receiving end of some pretty bad news. When Portia takes Ava into her confidence, is it regarding Trina or something else? Tracy and Laura cross paths. What will Alexis do with the new information she comes across?
Cody works to make a Christmas wish come true, while Felicia reconnects with a loved one. Port Charles celebrates Christmas Eve. Holiday or not, Carly can’t be prevented from making what is definitely a risky move. Sonny has some sage advice for his son Dante. Trina hopes she might be able to make things right. Nina and Obrecht take time to count their blessings.
There won’t be an episode of the show today, as there will be a network-wide pre-emption.
Tracy takes time to reflect on how much she misses Monica. Sidwell hosts a get-together at Sidwell that promises to be a must-attend event! Kevin finds the words to express his gratitude. Jordan makes an observation. Willow hopes to change Drew’s mind, but that could prove a difficult task!

Today’s rerun won’t be seen in every market. But where it does air, it will be an episode from last year in which Lulu and Charlotte are reunited (only to have their party crashed), and there are big questions regarding the stabbing of Dex.
Thursday, January 1:
The soap will kick off the new year with a very special rerun. What makes it worth revisiting? It features a stand-out performance from Anthony Geary in what would be his final full episode as Luke. The Young & the Restless
Last Week...
Victor risks losing Nikki, and Kyle eyes a clean break from Claire. If Nikki intended to get under her husband’s skin, she definitely succeeded. Why do we say that? Because Victor is downright furious about his beloved throwing her support behind Jack! Billy and Kyle actually find themselves on the same side! Does Victoria have good reason to be concerned about Claire and her connection to Holden?
Lily gets an eyeful of Cane and Phyllis, and Nick offers Matt Clark a deal. Apparently, having never heard what happens when you back a dangerous man into a corner, Nick decides to force Matt’s hand. Something tells us this might not go well… Any progress Cane may think he’s made with Lily is likely to go out the window after she catches him in a too-close-for-comfort scenario with Phyllis! Victoria and Billy manage to put aside their differences long enough to celebrate the season. Jack and Diane realize they have a whole lot to be thankful for as they count their blessings.
2010 flashback “classic episode in which Victor is visited by several ghosts.
Claire throws water on Audra, and Sally reads Adam the riot act. Never fear, the soap is back with a new episode today! And would you look at this… the stockings haven’t even been taken down yet, and Jack is already putting Billy and his loyalty to the test! When Michael has to make a tough decision, he turns to the one person he knows can help: Lauren! Chelsea — who hasn’t exactly been thrilled with Adam of late — lays down the law and gives him an ultimatum. For months, Phyllis has been kinda the equivalent of a human wrecking ball. But she’s about to reverse course, surprisingly, as she gives former husband Jack an unexpected gift.
As enamored of Sienna as he is, Noah has no choice but to worry about her safety. If there’s one thing worse than having a loved one drive on snowy winter roads, it’s gotta be having them in Matt Clark’s clutches!
Tuesday, December 30:
When one displeases Victor, heaven knows that he is quick to make them feel his wrath. But when does one please Victor? Well, that’s a different story, one Michael soon will be able to tell since the boss is about to reward his loyalty.
Somewhere, Victor is sure to be fuming as Nikki shares a secret with Jack. Nothing could tick off her husband more. Well, maybe if she wrote Ruthless 2: You Don’t Know the Half of It.
Though Claire stands by her actions, is she doing so on solid ground?
Wednesday, December 31:
Cane’s motto is clearly “Hope springs eternal.” Even though he’s broken Lily’s heart more times than we can even fathom, he still makes another bold move in hopes of impressing his ex.
As Adam and Sally discuss their complicated past, you can review all their ups and downs in our photo gallery that tells their thwarted love story.
Excuse us while we do the happy dance, ’cause Tessa explores her feelings for Daniel. Those two have chemistry galore!
Thursday, January 1:
On New Year’s Day, the show is going to party like it’s 1998 as it repeats an episode from that year in which Jill interrupts Katherine Chancellor’s bash with a shocking announcement.
Friday, January 2:
Finally, Victor decides to target someone who actually deserves targeting: He and Nick plot against Matt Clark.
When Daniel makes a promise to Tessa, we can only hope that he keeps it better than the one he made to Lily to be faithful and all that.
Mariah enters the new year in much the same way as she spent the old one: She is haunted by Ian Ward.
The Bold & the Beautiful
Last Week...
The cake is barely stale from Deke’s Welcome to Forrester Creations party when Hope is forced to pink-slip her half-brother. As Bill and Liam reflect upon the challenges that they’ve faced and overcome, they conclude that they are forces to be reckoned with. After Thomas asks for a moment alone with ex-lover Hope, he pitches the idea of getting the ol’ creative juices flowing again for the sake of Hope For the Future.
Eric teases a Christmas Eve surprise, and Steffy and Finn share a kiss under the mistletoe. Though Eric can’t be feeling terribly festive, what with his having been put out to pasture, Donna convinces him to celebrate the holidays anyway. When Eric visits the office, he is overwhelmed by all of the history that he is leaving behind.
The honeymoon ain’t over yet! In fact, Ridge has a special Christmas gift in store for Brooke. Carter and Daphne make the most of the mistletoe as they share a romantic kiss. Putting aside their differences, the Forresters make the most of the holiday by engaging in a cherished family tradition.
Be visited by the Ghost of Christmas Past in a way — the show is airing a repeat of its Christmas Eve episode from last year.
It’s a “pinch me” moment for Katie. She can’t wrap her head around the idea that she’s now running her own fashion house. But has she already accidentally doomed her remarriage to Bill Will El ectra? Steffy, Finn, and Dylan raise a glass as they enjoy the holiday at he beach house. The middle sister’s really in the middle as Donna attempts to ease the tensions between Brooke and Katie.
Coming Up...
The name game is foremost on everyone’s minds.
Brooke and Ridge hit the roof over Katie’s decision to call her new fashion house Logan. Brooke even went so far as to suggest that her baby sister wouldn’t want to “sponge” off the reputation that she’d built over the years. Katie, in turn, fired back that Brooke only had that reputation because her PR person kept the blonde front and center in the press at all times.
The Logan sisters continue to go at it in Bill’s office. Dismissively, Katie points out to Brooke that Logan is nothing more than “a pet name that your husband calls you.” Perhaps, but Forrester Creations has monetized it and, in fact, holds the trademark on it.
Or does it?
In a later meeting with Liam, Bill, and Katie are informed that Forrester held the trademark in — past tense. If it isn’t renewed every decade, it goes back up for grabs. Which is why back at Forrester, Ridge and Brooke panic as they ask Carter whether Logan is still theirs.
Katie’s gotta get the rights to her own surname so that they can head straight for the Forrester vs. Logan fashion wars we’re all eager to see!
Across the canvas, it looks like Dillon may be settling in at the apartment attached to the beach house for longer than a night. “All Will wants is your respect,” Electra tells her pal, who Will just deduced was living out of her car. But what does Dillon want from him?
Sure, Hayes’ traumatized teacher seems as sweet as they come right now, but there was a time when we would’ve said that about Luna, too. (Look how false that first impression turned out to be!) And considering the way that Dillon was gazing out the window at a shirtless Will, she could develop an unhealthy fixation on the hunk who put a roof over her head in her hour of need. Are we headed for Luna 2.0?
