The Bold & the Beautiful
Last week…
Bold & Beautiful
was pre-empted for CBS news coverage.
Taylor proposes to
Ridge, and a plan to trap Luna is devised. Oh, Nick, making mischief already!
Ridge’s half-brother listens in on a pivotal conversation between the
dressmaker and Taylor at Il Giardino. While Luna defends herself to Sheila —
erm, how? — Steffy, Finn, and Will conspire against the double murderess.
When Ridge responds to
Taylor’s burning question, will he agree to once again become her husband?
For the five minutes that it usually takes for him to run back to Brooke? While
Steffy and Finn wait and worry, Will takes desperate measures to ensure that
Luna doesn’t meddle in any of their lives ever again. Regrets, she’s had a few.
So Katie is in a unique position to offer Brooke affectionate advice about her
relationship troubles. (Though what troubles they are, we can’t imagine; Ridge
is a jerk, and Nick is besotted!)
Will kisses his way
toward a confession, and Brooke gets bad news. Blargh. Electra may not be
the only one who feels sick as she watched Will and Luna kiss during his
attempt to get her to confess on camera. Side note: Has anyone ever heard of
entrapment? As Nick gets ready to share with Brooke what he’s learned — well,
overheard! — Ridge and Taylor indulge in their love.
Luna pulls a gun on
Will, and Nick offers himself up to Brooke. Never being prepared for any
shocker, Brooke naturally reels from the bombshell that Nick drops on her about
Ridge and Taylor. Oopsie. Luna catches on to the sting operation that Will is
running, and when she does, let’s just say that things take a turn for the… um…
unexpected.
Coming up…
A matter of life and
death, while Luna sets in motion a dangerous plot to do away with Steffy, Liam
receives disappointing news regarding the miracle that he was hoping would keep
him going for years to come. As for Taylor and Ridge, well, let’s just say that
all this talk of murder and mortality really puts a damper on their engagement!
Monday, June 30:
With Luna on the run, Sheila tells Deacon that betrayal is
the Spencer way. Please let him respond that it’s still a lot better than
murdering two people and planning to do away with a third.
Cue the single tear streaming down her face. Ridge is about
to drop the truth on Brooke that he’s remarrying Taylor, and this time he means
it, doggone it!
Tuesday, July 1:
With everyone searching for her, Luna does her best to stay
hidden and approaches Hayes at summer camp again.
Steffy worries that the Luna drama is affecting Ridge and
Taylor’s engagement. Honestly, it’s probably a nice distraction from the
looming Brooke threat.
Wednesday, July 2:
Steffy and Taylor are shocked by what Hayes has brought home
from school. More Luna origami?
Thursday, July 3:
When Sheila realizes what Luna’s plan is, Granny becomes
frantic. Guess she really has forgotten how, just a couple of weeks ago, she was
cackling with Luna about the appeal of bad girls like them.
Ruh-roh. Luna forces Ms. Dylan to get Steffy to Hayes’
school.
Oh, and at last we return to Liam’s story. Unfortunately, it
sounds like we are coming one step closer to his devastating death as Grace
gives her patient bad news.
Friday, July 4:
Desperate to prevent a tragedy rather than cause one for a
change, Sheila convinces Taylor to give up important information.
Though Ridge reassures Liam and Hope that he has the police
looking to re-arrest Luna, that doesn’t keep Steffy from becoming fearful for
her life.
The Young & the Restless
Last week…
Cane makes Victor an
offer, and Lily reveals Cane’s entanglement with [Spoiler]. Patience is a
virtue that Victor definitely doesn’t possess. But when he pressures Cane for
answers, will the newly minted billionaire spill? While everyone has questions,
Lily might have more than most, given her personal history with Cane. Needless
to say, the game Cane is playing is all any of his guests want to discuss!
Restless Rant! Cane’s
about to rock Victor’s world. Plus, not one, but two cheating scandals in the
making!
Cane lays his cards on
the table and reveals a secret murder plot. Done playing games, Victor
insists that Cane come fully clean. But can he really get Lily’s ex to put all
his cards on the table? Nikki and Jack put their heads together in the hope
that by comparing info, they might come up with answers. (Of course, we suspect
Victor won’t be thrilled by their teaming up!) File Lauren and Michael’s
arrival in France under the category of “better late than never.” Abby’s about
to run into a very familiar face. Abby has a ‘chance’ encounter this week:
Should Devon be worried?
Phyllis makes her
pitch to Cane and angers Amanda, while Adam uncovers concerning info, and Lily
spends the night with Damian. Given that Amanda knows exactly how Phyllis
operates, she’s the perfect person to run interference. Cane is sure someone’s
out to put him in an early grave… but whom? Review all the potential murder
suspects here. What will Adam and Chelsea discover when they do a little
digging? Whatever it is, Adam will ‘cross lines’ to protect his family in the
aftermath! With everything going on, Lily is glad to have Damian to lean on.
Holden runs to
Claire’s rescue, Victoria gives an update on Cole, and Audra makes inroads with
Kyle. Cane may want to keep his eyes open, because several forces are
aligning against him… including Billy and Sally! Audra knows exactly where all
of Kyle’s buttons are located and is ready to push them. Meanwhile, Claire is
back in Genoa City, throwing some serious sparks with Holden after he comes to
her rescue.
Here’s a twist we
didn’t see coming: Conner Floyd is exiting so he can play [Spoiler]! Is this
how Chance will leave Genoa City?
Sharon feels trapped,
Lily sends a message, and Cane warns Damian. It may not be what you think…
but there is ’Lots of trouble’ ahead for Audra! Nick wants to know exactly what
Cane has up his sleeve and what his intentions are. But will he get any more
answers than everyone else who’s raised those same questions? Sharon and
Phyllis find themselves reliving their recent kidnapping trauma. Will they lean
on one another or fall back on their old habit of butting heads? Wonder how
Cane will feel about the very big move Lily makes… with Damian!
Yikes! A deadly twist
may be in store for Chance… will he make it back to Genoa City?!
Coming up…
A tense past meets an
uncertain future…. While Cane continues to send shockwaves all the way from
Nice to Genoa City, two sets of exes memorably cross paths, and Damian spills
all the tea that he knows.
Monday, June 30:
Restless Rant! Fans
caught Damian making a life-altering mistake. Plus, what will happen if Cole dies,
Sharon/Phyllis, and more.
A conniving supervixen from way back, Diane can spot another
one coming a mile away. But, though she warns son Kyle about Audra, will he
have the sense to listen?
Chance confides in Abby — perhaps about the twist of the plot
that is destined to usher him off the canvas when Conner Floyd’s last episode
airs.
Lily forces Amanda to come clean. Nonetheless, there’s no
way that Lily can be sure she’s gotten the whole truth and nothing but.
Tuesday, July 1:
Cue the Jeopardy! theme as Nick quizzes Damian about Cane.
Holden seizes a new opportunity that just may give him a
fresh advantage over Genoa City’s other movers and shakers.
As he so often does, Billy makes a promise to Sally. But as
he less often does, will he keep it?
Wednesday, July 2:
Cane reconnects with someone from his past. Could old
feelings surface anew between him and ex-wife Lily?
Devon and Amanda share a heated exchange, since hello?!? He cheated on her with Abby. Devon’s lucky that Amanda will speak
to him at all!
In the right place at the right time, Phyllis stumbles upon
valuable Intel.
Thursday, July 3:
Victoria receives unexpected news — and, given how sickly
Cole has been, we have a hunch that it won’t be the good kind. If he actually
dies, wow. The fallout would be far-reaching.
Since it takes one to know one, Chelsea has no problem
spotting a con job.
The walls are closing in on Mariah. How much longer can she
keep her secret?
Friday, July 4:
Victor stays a step ahead of Cane. That’s probably just the
show being modest. We imagine Victor is actually several steps ahead of Cane.
Nikki’s office still has that newly painted scent, yet
already, she worries about the future of Chancellor Industries.
Adam makes a surprise appearance at the party — and he has
news to impart!
General Hospital
Last week…
Tracy blows up Drew’s
press conference, and Portia flips out on Jordan for entertaining her husband.
Tracy is about to make one heck of a public scene. But to what end? Jordan and
Curtis find themselves strolling down Memory Lane. Are they walking toward a
reunion? And is that what’s got Portia so worried? How will Trina react when
Kai shares his future plans? Nina is taken aback.
Kathleen Gati may have
just dropped a big hint about how Kelly Thiebaud returns.
Cody exonerates Tracy of drugging Drew, and Kai tells Drew
of Curtis’ plans against him. Wait until you see who Nina turns to when she
needs help. Carly hopes she can get Michael to see things from her perspective.
What will Drew do with the information that falls into his lap? Something’s
pushed Portia to the point that she’s lashing out! But at whom? Can Curtis find
a way to convince Trina that everything will be fine?
Robin Mattson: How’s
she doing nearly three years after Heather was recast?
Brook Lynn gets her hands on Rocco’s birth certificates,
Sonny warns Laura that violence is coming to Port Charles, and Ava discovers
Ric lied to her. Gio’s parents — that
would be Brook Lynn and Dante — finally have a conversation about their son. Why
does Alexis want to take a meeting with Elizabeth? Sorry, Martin, but you’re
about to get the kind of news nobody wants to receive. Marco makes a delivery. When
Cody does what he’s been told, does this mean he’s about to seduce Ava?
Beloved General
Hospital, Santa Barbara, and Guiding Light alum Joe Marinelli has passed away at
68.
Rocco gets hold of
Brook Lynn’s file, someone pays Daisy a mysterious visit, and Marco fears for
himself and Natalia. Carly knows more about Sonny than your average bear,
so what is it he says that has her so worried? Jason tries to help Dante see things
a little bit differently. Will Lucas take the advice Lulu’s offering? Brook
Lynn is not thrilled by what she sees. Marco makes a discovery.
As Maurice Benard
honors Johnny Wactor, the late actor’s mother makes a desperate plea to the
courts.
Natalia crashes
Daisy’s christening, and Sasha tells Cody about her daughter’s creepy visitor.
Nothing will be able to brace Sonny for the shock he’s about to receive. Jason
and Carly find themselves reminiscing about the past. Daisy’s loved ones gather
to mark a special occasion. Anna is in the hot seat as someone asks incredibly
difficult questions.
What realization do Brook Lynn and Chase come to?
The ABC soap cast
can’t stop gushing about the show’s newest cast member — and who could blame
them?!
With the “Britch” on her way back…

Spinelli is taken aback.
Days of our Lives
Last week…
Tony returns with
plans for DiMera, Shane has a job for Cat and Jack and Jennifer leave town.
Things aren’t looking so good for Johnny, but Dad EJ steps up to try and
protect his temperamental offspring. But will Johnny prove to be his own worst
enemy? Tony’s a DiMera through and through, which is why he is determined to
handle things on his own. JJ and Thomas spend a little quality time with Jack
and Jennifer. Philip woke up and Rachel fell asleep, and both of those things
are about to shake up Days of Our Lives — just not in the way people may think!
What’s up with Cat? We’ll definitely have a better idea when Shane forces her
hand!
Paul exchanges vows
with Andrew, Rachel shares a secret with her grandma and Tate reveals how he
really feels. It’s a moment of love and light as Andrew and Paul come
together in a celebration and exchange vows. How will Marlena react to the
secret Rachel shares? (And will we be let in on it, or might the tot whisper
into Grammy’s ear?) Shane can’t help but wonder if perhaps Tate is having
buyer’s remorse. Belle is glad to have Carrie in town when she needs someone to
talk to.
Johnny tells Marlena
and Roman he did not shoot EJ, and Stephanie learns half of Salem has read her
manuscript. Xander has a plan to save Titan-DiMera, but is it one he can
actually pull off? Stephanie pays a visit to Philip, hoping he might provide
her with some answers. (Good luck, girl!) Johnny winds up in the hot seat when
he’s tag-teamed by Roman and Marlena! Sophia hopes that Melinda, of all people,
might be willing to lend her a helping hand.
Xander vows to fight
Sarah for custody, and Gabi realizes who was arguing with EJ. Things are
about to get nasty between Sarah and her husband. Can they ever resolve their
differences… especially where Victoria is concerned? When Belle confronts EJ,
will this be the beginning of the end for them? Johnny and Gabi have a
brainstorming session.
Kate goes to Alex with
a request, which he agrees to honor. Will Stephanie take the good advice
offered up by Jada? Clearly, they’re serving snow cones in you-know-where,
because Xander and Philip actually manage to reach an agreement. Is EJ right to
be extremely concerned about Johnny? Cat and Chad spend a lovely evening
together. (But how far can this
relationship go with his portrayer, Billy Flynn, heading for the exit? And
when, exactly, will the actor—who is already appearing on Young &
Restless—be—seen in Salem?)
As Stephen Nichols marks 40 years as Steve “Patch” Johnson…
