The Young and the Restless: Adam Stands Trial!

The takedown of Adam is one of the biggest schemes Victor’s plotted in GC. Upcoming “The Young and the Restless spoilers” promise the elder Newman is going the distance and he won’t stop till he gets what he wants. That’s right, soapies! Adam is (Justin Hartley) standing trial for the murder of Constance Bingham (Sally Kellerman). Soap Opera Digest reports the trial begins next week, and Adam may face life in prison! To make matters worse, one of the the star witnesses and Victor are mortal enemies. Ian (Ray Wise) will face off with Victor (Eric Braeden), and neither men have a history of ethical behavior. Bent on taking each other down, Who will influence the jury the most? Adam knows he’s facing an uphill battle, but he refuses to take a plea deal. He’s not guilty and he knows it. He just hopes somehow, someway a miracle will save him. “Adam is down to a few, if any, options, as evidence piles up against him,” Executive Producer/Head Writer Charles Pratt Jr. told Soap Opera Digest. Adam’s ready to take the stand as an innocent man, hoping at least one jury member will believe him. He’s risking his freedom, his marriage, and his family, but he has no other choice. Will anyone be able to save Adam? More Y&R spoilers reveal Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will put everything on the line to try and save her hubby. She’s on a mission to find Victor’s minion. Once she finds him/her, she’ll do whatever it takes to get a full confession. Y&R airs weekdays on CBS. Share your thoughts, leave a comment in the section below.
