General Hospital Spoilers: Facing Facts and Finding Facts

Breaking General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, October 20 promise a day of danger and heartbreak as your favorite characters get themselves in some sticky situations. Carly Needs To Face Facts Carly (Laura Wright) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) come face-to-face for the first time since she moved out, and Carly admits she still loves her husband. Of course, that could be just a dream, as spoilers reveal that Sonny’s dreams get the best of him once again. Will we see some more of Mini-Morgan? We also know that Michael (Chad Duell) gets his mother to face the facts, and she may have to realize there’s no going back to her marriage. Ava Needs To Face Nelle Meanwhile, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) confronts Ava (Maura West) upstairs in Casa Corinthos. We knew Ava would try to cover her medication machinations, but Nelle catches all. Does she figure out what Ava did and how she is very much responsible for what happened to Morgan (Bryan Craig)? And, if she does, what will Ava do to keep her quiet? Will these two strike a deal since Nelle doesn’t seem as innocent as she acts? Nathan Needs To Save Maxie Across town, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is in trouble at the Metro Court when she finds a large and angry man in Claudette’s (Bree Williamson) room. Could he be a Valentin (James Patrick Stewart) henchman or someone else? Claudette knows something bad is happening and wants to get Charlotte out of PC fast.
