As his Days of Our Lives character, Stefan, barely clings to life, actor Brandon Barash is thrilled to announce a new life has entered his world in the form of his adorable little newborn niece — but it’s the way he told the world the news that makes it even better.

The handsome actor took to Instagram with his greatest partner in crime — daughter Harper (ex-Georgie, General Hosptial) — to share the news, in a funny way, with a gorgeous black and white picture of them as he holds the newborn.

“As your uncle, I say welcome to the world, June Louise Berman. Harper and I have your back. There’s nothing more sacred than the birth of a child…and nothing more holy than the crotch of my jeans. #prouduncle #cousins”

Little June Louise is the daughter of Barash’s younger half-sister, Alison and her husband, Spencer Berman, and it’s a pretty safe bet that she will be spoiled rotten by her Uncle Brandon and her cousin, Harper. After all, through his Instagram account followers have gotten to see what an incredible dad the actor is, bringing tons of fun.

All In The Family

It’s a lot easier with a niece or nephew — getting to spoil them and give them back to their parents. Still, we bet there will be some incredible tea parties and such in the kids’ future as they grow up together.

As for poor Stefan O., things don’t look great for the son of The Phoenix — Stefano DiMera. Then again, Stefano always found a way to come back when it seemed like things were over. Could his son have inherited that same ability?
