There’s a lot of friction (and not the good kind!) in Genoa City as two Newman men and two Abbott men separately butt heads, Phyllis and Nick get caught up in a heated debate, Kyle senses trouble with his babymama, and Nikki puts someone on notice! Meanwhile, Sally gets caught up in danger, and Ashland and Victoria connect once again.

Victor has never been a minimalist. When he goes in, he goes all in. So we can’t wait to see how he surprises Nikki with a grand gesture, especially as she’s the wife whose marriage to the mogul comes in at No. 1 on our photo-filled countdown.
When Ashland has a change of heart, it’s shocking on two levels: 1. We thought when he made up his mind, hell would freeze over before it got unmade. And 2. Ashland has a heart to change? Who knew?
You would think that Amanda’s motto by now would be “Another day, another twist.” It isn’t, though, so the lawyer is shocked once again by a new development in Sutton’s case. Honestly, there are corkscrews that are less twisty!

As Lily works to keep the peace between Billy and big brother Jack, we have to wonder if, at some point, she’ll grow tired of restraining her live-in love’s problematic impulses. Could the honeymoon be over before they’ve even talked marriage?
When Kyle senses trouble with Tara, will he begin to suspect that she is playing him? We’re only asking because we believe that there may be a “monster” twist ahead involving Kyle’s babymama that could leave the Abbotts devastated.
Having already shared a few drinks and what is clearly a mutual attraction, Victoria and Ashland’s bond deepens when she commiserates with Tara’s husband. Hmm… wonder how long it will be before “commiserates” becomes a coy euphemism…

After Billy lobbed a pre-emptive strike with his article about Victor coercing Ashland into signing over Cyaxares, the Mustache and Adam share a difference of opinion when it comes to how to proceed in their battle with their mutual foe. What could the argument be, whether to destroy Billy truly and utterly or completely and totally?
Why do we have a bad feeling things won’t go as hoped when Summer tries to connect with Harrison? Could she accidentally find herself cast in the wicked stepmother role?
How will Amanda react when she learns of a missed opportunity? And being the smart cookie that she is, will she find a way to make up for the chance that passed her by?

Emboldened by the paternity-test revelation that Harrison is indeed his son, Kyle — perhaps unaware that the story of David and Goliath is so legendary because ordinarily, the Davids of the world get squashed — decides to challenge Ashland.

Devastated, Hope breaks down to Brooke about Liam’s arrest and Bill’s involvement. Her mother is bound to be astonished, but we have to wonder what her take will be, given her romantic history with Liam’s Daddy Dearest.
Time for a visit to the hot dog stand to clear his head! Baker gets frustrated when Bill and Liam continue to take the blame for each other. We have to wonder how on earth this will end! And will it ever turn into the “murder mystery” that the show initially promised?
