The Young and the Restless
Tension Tamer Tea all around? We’d recommend it, because blood pressure is rising all across Genoa City as Devon and Lily struggle at an impasse, Victoria needles an adversary, Diane is offered her least favorite kind of seat (the hot one!), and Victor… Oh, who are we kidding? Victor Victors the house down!
Friday, January 20:
Nick finds out Sally’s pregnant, Nikki suspects Jack and Diane, and Sharon helps Chance with a huge decision.
Victor encourages Kyle to behave responsibly and honorably, because more than success, those are the things that really matter. Just kidding. The Black Knight urges Jack’s son to play dirty.
Sally struggles with the truth — and perhaps also with a chance to show us how she’s grown. C’mon, Sally, prove to us that you’re not the same scamp who pretended she was dying in hopes of holding onto a boyfriend!
Nikki interrogates Jack and Diane. Which roughly translates to “holds their feet to the fire,” ’cause you know Mrs. Newman has zero patience for the reformed schemer and her one-man support system.
Week of January 23:
Y&R Restless Rant! Pulling no punches with the soap’s issues. Plus, Jeremy’s ‘nothing burger’ story, fuming over Devon’s predicament, Tucker’s redemption, what’s next for Sally, and much more.
Monday, January 23:
How else would you expect Victor to start his week but seizing an opportunity? It’s right there at the top of his to-do list, before even eat a well-balanced breakfast or give the ol’ ’stache a trim.
Diane has done a lot of crummy things in her life. Er, lives. But it’s still hard not to feel kinda bad for her when the fates deal her blow after blow. What now? Nikki uncovers her nemesis’ latest scheme. And you just know that can’t go well for Diane!
Oooh… is that way in this same episode, Diane puts on the brakes with Jack. It can’t be a coincidence, can it?
Tuesday, January 24:
Phyllis makes a promise to Daniel. Which probably means about as much as when we say we’re just going to have the one glass of wine. The intention is good, but the follow-through? Eh.
Ready or not, here comes “Chelly.” Billy and Chelsea discuss their future, a sure sign that they think that they have one.
Devon and Lily struggle to find common ground. Maybe they need to try harder to ask, “What would Neil do?”
Wednesday, January 25:
One little meeting could be a very big deal for Lauren, as a newcomer turns up in Genoa City on the same day that Young & Restless celebrates Tracey E. Bregman’s 40th anniversary as the reformed Mean Girl.
Thursday, January 26:
If Tucker crosses the line — and he does — which one? We weren’t aware that there were actually any left that Devon’s biodad hadn’t already crossed and, for that matter, double-crossed. Don’t believe it?
Phyllis could entice the thorns off a rose if she put her mind to it. So we wonder who she’ll be directing her charms at when she turns them up to 11? Whoever it is, they don’t stand a chance!
Gee — wonder why! Kyle worries about his parents’ decision-making. Ah, Kyle. There comes a point in everyone’s life where they become the mature one, and their folks become the reckless teenagers!
Friday, January 27:
Ready or not, there goes “Chelly”? When Billy makes a confession to Chelsea, will there reunion be brought to an end before it’s even really begun?
What does Tucker have in common with an elevator? They both have buttons, a fact that Victoria is only too happy to exploit when she pushes her corporate rival’s.
Victor reminds us all that “enough” is not a word in his vocabulary when he concocts a strategy to expand his already-vast empire.
The Bold and the Beautiful
It must be snowing in hell, ’cause a whole lotta impossible things are going down. For starters, the most “to-die-for” restaurant in L.A. has an unlikely new owner. On top of that, Thomas envisions a future for himself that… looks absolutely nothing like his present. And Finn risks life and limb to remind Mommie Dearest that she’s persona non grata.
Week of January 23

Wednesday, January 25:
Steffy and Eric balk at Hope’s proposal for Hope for the Future.
Deacon presses Sheila for the truth about her motives in regard to Dollar Bill.

An unexpected advocate for Thomas approaches Hope.

Katie decides to save Bill from himself and Sheila Carter.
General Hospital
While Heather creates suspicion, Ava makes an unexpected ally. Plus, Sonny offends Carly, Finn and Elizabeth realize what they have to do next, Victor’s actions shock Nikolas, Cam receives a very unpleasant surprise, and Nina’s stunned by what she sees. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Monday, January 23:
Backed into more corners than most rooms even have, Nikolas asks for Laura’s support. If anyone is going to have his back, it would have to be his mom… er, wouldn’t it?
Someone hide the barware, ’cause when Spencer surprises Sonny, it could go flying if the surprise isn’t to the don’s liking!
Oooh… Now here’s a potential pairing that we could get behind. As Ava and Austin find common ground, could it be the first step toward… something more?
Dante sets a deadline for Heather. Which is almost funny when you think about it: Does she really strike you as someone who respects deadlines?
Liz gets a shock. And in a way, that in and of itself is shocking. At this point, shouldn’t she be virtually unsurprisable?
Tuesday January 24:
Sonny presses Dex. Here’s hoping that this time, it doesn’t go so far as torture!
Nikolas makes his case — perhaps a precursor to what happens in the very next spoiler. Could he be getting the hell out of Dodge… er, Port Charles?
Laura is there for Liz. But can even a natural problem-solver like Laura help her former daughter-in-law?
When Anna and Valentin do some exploring, a resolution to Lucy’s “murder” must be getting closer.
Josslyn makes a big request. But of whom? She certainly has no shortage of people in her orbit who are equipped to grant big requests.
Our thoughts and prayers are with McKenzie Westmore, as the soap alum reveals her latest cancer diagnosis: “The journey begins.”
Wednesday, January 25:
This can’t possibly go well. When Carly confides in Josslyn, will the teen understand why her mother did to Nina, basically, what Nina did to her?
Laura warns Martin. However, will he be smart enough to heed her warning? That’s a whole other question!
Spencer and Trina have questions for Cam. But, given his current state, there’s no telling whether he’ll be in the mood to provide answers.
Hell hath no fury like a ticked-off tween. So when Charlotte blasts Victor, we wouldn’t want to be in his shoes!
Olivia counsels Drew. Mind you, what can she really say except, “If you wanna be with Carly, you’re gonna have to get used to this kinda thing.”
Thursday, January 26:
Cody makes a connection. Could someone new be about to catch his eye after his missed opportunity with Britt?
Oh, the irony! While reeling from the revelation that Willow is her daughter, Nina confides in Sasha, the fake daughter that Valentin once gave her.
Drew makes his feelings clear. Does that mean he’ll be sticking the fork extra deeply into his relationship with Carly… or admitting that he can’t shake his feelings for her?
When Trina questions Spencer’s motives, we can only hope that tells the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. Keeping things from Trina has never worked out well for Spencer!
Brook Lynn and Ned visit Willow — and hopefully sneak her some real food; she must be starving subsisting on hospital grub!
As Denise Crosby returns, Elizabeth’s mother makes a doozy of a mistake — and wait until you hear who she gets mixed up with next!
Friday, January 27:
Ava stakes her claim, and if we we’re betting folks, we’d wager that she was staking it on Nikolas’ money.
It can’t be said often enough in Port Charles: Don’t shoot the messenger! Laura delivers bad news.
Willow has a big decision to make. Given all of the conflicting emotions roiling around inside of her, will she be able to make the right one?
Nina is surprised by what she sees — perhaps Sonny comforting Carly now that she’s in the hot seat? That would be our guess.
If Victor is furious, and he is, one of his plans must have started to unravel.
Days of Our Lives on Peacock
Marlena encounters a familiar face in a heavenly setting, as John and Roman are shocked by Steve’s new plan. Plus, Gabi manipulates Li, as Chanel and Johnny face their lingering feelings, and an unintended victim is ensnared in Stefan’s revenge plot!

Wednesday, January 25:
Brace yourself, Li, because EJ’s about to hit you with a bombshell! Meanwhile, Gabi is on the receiving end of both an apology and a pep talk as Wendy — feeling guilty for her role in things — encourages her to go after Stefan!
Apparently not satisfied by the answers she received earlier this week, Allie goes to Channel and demands answers regarding her relationship with Johnny.
Stefan has a multi-step plan with which he’s going to seek revenge against EJ, and he’s putting the first step in motion today!
Thursday, January 26:
Allie opens up to Alex about Chanel, while Chanel and Johnny have a frank discussion about their lingering feelings for each other.
Stefan’s revenge plot ensnares an unintended victim. Meanwhile, Gabi finds herself having to hide an unconscious person. (Fortunately, she’s got more than a little experience in that department!)
Pop some corn and settle in to watch as Nicole and Sloan get nasty with one another. Which of Eric’s women will prove triumphant?
Friday, January 27:
Sloan leaves a bad impression on Roman.
Proving she’s a woman who knows how to get what she wants, Gabi manipulates the heck out of Li!
Nicole suggests that she and EJ take things to the next level — which is where his bedroom’s located. What he doesn’t realize is that she’s been drugged!
