Weekly Spoilers: May 8-12, 2023

The Young and the Restless

Malcolm shows up for his nearest and dearest, Elena takes off the kid gloves, things start to turn around for Diane, and poor Nick gets it from all sides, thanks to Victor and Adam.

Week of May 8:

Y&R Restless Rant! Nick’s next move will infuriate Victor, plus, will Daniel spill the beans?! Also, the delightful dumping of Nate Hastings, a sucker for Tucker, and more.

Monday, May 8:

Malcolm returns to Genoa City for a special occasion.

Tuesday, May 9:

As he seems to have to almost every day lately, Jack defends his actions to Ashley. Can’t wait to see how big the “Told ya so’s” are when it’s revealed that Diane had zilch to do with Phyllis’ “death.”

In the wake of her breakup with Nate, Elena makes a bold move. Maybe she’s rethinking having only doused her cheating boyfriend with water and is going back to hit him with some red wine… or perhaps she’ll redouble her efforts to convince J.T. to return to Genoa City to get her sweet revenge on Victoria.

The resemblance between Phyllis and Summer may never have been stronger when Kyle’s wife stands her ground with him. How much more can “Skyle’s” marriage possibly take?

Wednesday, May 10:

In a war of wills that’s pretty equally matched, Victor loses patience with Nick. Dad should know by now, shouldn’t he, that the harder he pushes, the harder his son will push back?

Demonstrating just how far they’ve come since she tried to frame him for poisoning Rey, Adam strategizes with Chelsea.

This oughta be juicy! How will Nikki react when she forces Victoria to come clean?

Thursday, May 11:

Adam pushes Nick’s buttons. So we suppose that means that, if Victor has been working an underlying agenda (outlined here), it hasn’t yielded the dividend that he might have hoped it would.

Things may finally be starting to look up for Diane. Not only is she out of the clink, but she receives a tempting proposition.

Uh-oh. Jack receives a cryptic message. The last time that happened, Diane was texting him from “beyond the grave.” Phyllis… is that you?

Friday, May 12:

Michael catches a break defending Diane. And, since Phyllis is no deader than she is even-tempered, we have to think that it won’t be the last one that he catches!

Daniel struggles with a moral dilemma that has far-reaching ramifications. Can he really sit idly by and let Diane be tried for a “murder” that his mother orchestrated?

The Bold and the Beautiful

Don’t be surprised if Hope starts humming REO Speedwagon’s “Can’t Fight This Feeling Anymore.” Circumstances conspire to put Liam’s wife in a position to act on her desire for Thomas. Will she be able to resist the urge to give in to her simmering attraction?

Week of May 8:

Monday, May 8:

Steffy demands the truth from Hope about her feelings for Thomas.

Tuesday, May 9:

R.J. makes a considerable request of Thomas concerning Ridge.

Determined to shake her attraction to Thomas, Hope overcompensates with Liam.

Wednesday, May 10:

Wyatt helps Liam gain clarity on his current situation.

Hope defends her character compared with Brooke’s to Steffy.

Thursday, May 11:

Liam voices his concern when he discovers Thomas and Hope are traveling together on Forrester Creations’ business.

Hope gets overwhelmed by feelings she cannot control.

Friday, May 12:

When Hope and Thomas’s flight home is delayed, Steffy springs into action, Liam gets anxious, Thomas searches for a solution, and Hope attempts to maintain her emotions and composure.

General Hospital

One woman is forced to take drastic measures, while another is in for a big shock — plus, Felicia delivers bad news, Laura is horrified, and Dex is thrown for a loop!

Week of May 8:

Monday, May 8:

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, so look for Dex and Joss to crank up the romance when at last they are able to carve out a little time for one another.

If Diane’s been eyeing a new pair of Cartullo shoes, she’ll soon be able to pay for them. Why? Because Sonny turns to his favorite attorney for a little help.

What will be the topic when Carly lays her cards on the table with Dante?

Willow gives Michael something pretty important to think over.

Someone in Port Charles will be getting what we assume is bad news as a body is found.

Tuesday May 9:

Love is in the air as Michael and Willow find time to share a tender moment.

When Dante and Sam put their heads together, will it be to kiss, solve a crime… or both?

What catches Robert off guard?

Ned’s never been one to shy away from a fight, so he should do a pretty good job when called upon to defend himself.

What has Nina feeling so concerned?

Wednesday, May 10:

When questions arise, there’s one thing you can be sure of: Tracy will have an opinion that she’s more than happy to share! (Wonder if her theory is what Olivia’s feeling skeptical of?)

To whom will Maxie turn when she realizes that she needs a little bit of help.

Sasha makes it clear that she’s not willing to hear what Carly’s saying.

Taggert has a warning for Portia. Does it have something to do with Trina?

Thursday, May 11:

It pays to have friends in high — and low — places, as Tracy proves when she calls in a favor.

Chase’s life isn’t perfect, but on the plus side, he’s finally back at the job he loves and able to distract himself by throwing himself into it!

Might Selina be exactly the person to help Cody out of his current predicament?

What’s got Esme rushing to the hospital?

Having always been a “count your blessings” kind of woman, Portia definitely has reason today to feel grateful.

Friday, May 12:

Have all of the traumas that he and his extended family have been through of late pushed Michael to make a decision he might not have otherwise?

What’s thrown Dex for the proverbial loop?

Josslyn stops by to see Willow.

Something tells us the reason Scott is feeling so relieved has to do with a certain accented doctor…

When Nina sits down to weigh her options, will the pros or cons win out?

Days of Our Lives on Peacock

The identity of Kate’s captor is finally revealed, as Nicole confides a new secret to Anna — plus, Talia makes a confession, Colin takes a hostage, Stefan proposes, and Deirdre Hall celebrates her 5,000th episode!

Week of May 8:

Monday, May 8:

In true Kate style, she managed to leap out of the fire and into the (fish) frying pan with an assist from… well, you’ll have to tune in today to find out who’s behind her latest kidnapping!

It’s a big day for Nicole as EJ makes it clear he knows that she hit the sheets with Eric… only for her to later find out from Kayla that she’s pregnant!

Gabi and Stefan are ready to do what it takes to keep EJ and Nicole at bay. (They’d best hurry, though, because it looks like Gabi won’t be around forever now that portrayer Camila Banus has revealed she’s leaving the soap!)

Tuesday, May 9:

Jada’s been looking at her sister through increasingly suspicious eyes, and that probably won’t change once she hears what Chloe and Xander have to say about Talia!

Look out, Paulina… Colin is ready to focus his nefarious attention on you!

Can Tripp convince Wendy that she should give up life in Salem to stay in Seattle with him? (If so, that would certainly play into Johnny’s fears, because at the same time, he’s telling Chanel that he’s worried Wendy will pick Tripp!)

Wednesday, May 10:

They say two can keep a secret if one of them is dead. For her sake, Anna might want to hope that’s not true, because Nicole’s about to spill the beans about her conundrum!

Paulina points the finger at Sloan, who immediately defends herself. Meanwhile, Jada has a few questions for Colin. And Talia does what she can to convince Chanel her feelings are real.

Thursday, May 11:

When Talia opens up to Jada, will it be about matters of the heart… or her recent criminal activities?

Sloan’s pretty sure she knows what’s going on, and decides to confront Colin about his latest antics.

After overhearing a private call, Eric can’t help but worry about Nicole.

Stefan and Gabi are tickled pink as they continue to mess with EJ.

Friday, May 12:

Believe it or not, Deidre Hall has appeared as Marlena in 5,000 episodes! To mark this occasion on screen, John takes his true love out to celebrate her long career as an actress… er, psychiatrist!

Harris, Steve, and Chad get intel on Kate’s possible location and make a plan to rescue her.

Roman’s an emotional mess thanks to everything going on with both Bo and Kate. Thankfully, Maggie is there to offer him support.

Alex and Stephanie take a very important meeting that could have a huge impact on the future of Titan!

Week of May 15:

Monday, May 15:

Roman hasn’t had much to celebrate of late, but he’s finally about to get some very good news.

Tuesday, May 16:

When it comes to DiMeras, it seems as if there’s a new one coming out of the woodwork — or clawing their way out of a premature grave — every year or two. Well, get ready, because here comes another one!

Wednesday, May 17:

Talia’s been bonding quite a bit with Chanel and Paulina, and the last thing you ever want to do when running a con is get to know the mark. Is that why she tells Colin that she wants out of their scheme?

Thursday, May 18:

Nicole probably knew that her secret would come to light sooner or later, but we’re willing to bet the last person she wanted to discover it was Sloan. So… um… guess who figure it out today?

Friday, May 19:

It looks as if Colin is about to take a page out of the playbooks used by many a Salem villain before him. How? By taking a hostage!

Is this finally the moment Stefan and Gabi fans have been waiting for? Well, that will all depend on how Gabi responds when the hunk asks her to marry him!
