true Lady Whistleblower! Hattie’s all set to return to Body and Soul… but Kate
makes it clear things are going to be different this time around! Well, this
could get really interesting real fast: Leo is about to point the finger at
Kerry… and do so right in front of Javi! Will the former Lady Whistleblower
finally get the current title holder to ‘fess up? Alex and Joy set out to
decide exactly what they are, relationship-wise. Paulina is more than happy to

Bonnie is there to listen when Johnny needs a sympathetic ear.
Daytime stars share
personal experiences in the wake of wildfire devastation.
Someone is out to get Bonnie, and Xander and Philip agree to
go to war. When EJ lays out his plan for Rafe’s doppelgänger, does that mean
Arnold’s days are numbered? Perhaps having realized you can catch more flies
with honey than vinegar, Xander tries playing nice with Philip. Can Sarah keep Kayla from uncovering the truth… at least for now! Bonnie has her own
cheerleading squad in the very handsome forms of Justin and Alex.
Javi tips Jada off to Kerry, and Abe begs Kayla for a favor.
As Kerry is put in the hot seat by Jada, Leo, and Javi try to figure out where
they stand. Joy has a long, honest chat with Kate. Are Stephanie and Alex
really ready for a serious conversation about their true feelings? Ready or
not, here it comes…
Sophia’s mom shoots down her plans, and a missing Rachel
reaches her destination. Despite their incredibly rocky past, Brady can
be there for Kristen when she needs him. Sophia and Amy’s latest
mother/daughter battle winds up making an accidental participant of Ava! She’s
been getting closer to Doug of late, so what will Holly say when she’s honest
with Tate about her feelings? Belle and Shawn have been through a lot over the
years, and they’re about to deal with another troubling moment. Oh dear.
Marlena tells Steve that she needs him to reach out to John. Is this the moment
we’ve been dreading?
Fresh off of having offered Kristen a little sympathy, Brady
finds himself hoping Ava can provide him with a bit! Color us intrigued: Rachel
is about to have a most unusual encounter… They must be selling ice pops in
Hades, because EJ and Kristen are having a bonding moment. When Cat contacts
Marlena, will it be for professional help or about the job Doc
offered? Chad hopes that he can implore Julie to seek help in dealing with her
grief.
Our thoughts go out to
Colin Egglesfield as the All My Children fave reveals his latest cancer
diagnosis: “The beginning of this year hasn’t been the easiest.”

The View’s Joy Behar

your eyes, Doc!)
Brady finds himself worrying about Ava. But is she really in
danger?

The ABC soap will not
air today, due to the presidential inauguration.
Following the
devastating fire that has done so much damage in California, Cameron Mathison
shares before and after photos of his home: “Having trouble sleeping these
days’.”
Michael makes a decision, and Sonny collapses after a
confrontation with Ava. Regrets? Yeah, Willow’s got more than a few of those to
contend with. Things heat up when Sonny and Ava wind up clashing. Maxie might
want to get a cup of tea and settle in because Sasha’s ready to update her on
the latest. Newly arrested for refusing to hand over the kids, Tracy proves to
Anna that she’s not one to simply give up information. Carly finds herself feeling downright grateful
to Brennan. Will this be the start of them getting even closer?
Natalia saves Sonny’s life, and Tracy and Willow make a deal
regarding the children. Isaiah tries getting information from Sonny. (Good luck
with that!) Jason finds himself in the unusual position of having to play
peacekeeper. As Lucky and Elizabeth continue digging into the mysterious deaths
that have rocked the hospital, they get a bit more info. Looks like Lulu and
Dante are definitely on the opposite side this time, leading them to butt
heads. Alexis wanted Kristina to get away from Charlie’s, but that appears to
have been wildly unsuccessful as Sonny’s daughter hosts the bar’s re-opening.
On the heels of Chad
Duell’s exit, Laura Wright addresses her status with the soap.
Sonny agreed to see a doctor, and Laura arranged a meeting
with Jenz Sidwell. Ava doesn’t have a whole lot of people lining up to be in
her corner. Good thing Ric is willing to provide assistance! What will Lucas
and Josslyn figure out when they compare notes? Laura finds out that her city
is facing a possible threat. Natalia, of all people, manages to get through to
Sonny when no one else can. Cody’s in need of a little tough love. Good thing
his dad, Mac, is ready to provide it!
Tracy makes it clear that she’s drawing a line in the sand,
and it’ll be her way or the highway! What does Brennan do to catch Carly off
guard? Nina is there to cheer Willow on every step of the way. What to do about
Drew given everyone in town hates him! When Lulu receives an offer that can
only be described as tempting, will she accept it… and at what potential cost? Kai
has reason to be down, but maybe a visit from Trina can boost his spirits.
Juicy stuff: Steve Burton and his new fiancée take a bite out of The Big Apple.
Next Week
Carly and a certain accented dude find themselves getting
closer, while several locals are stunned by what develops over
the week. Meanwhile, as Dante is caught up in a dramatic series of events, Lulu
is given some valuable advice by her mom, who knows a thing or two about
handling difficult situations!
Monday, January 27:
When Lucky and Liz decide it’s time to take a risk, will it
involve their investigation… or their hearts? (Dare to hope it’s both?)
They’ve already shared a kiss — and vowed never to do so
again. So what does it mean that Anna is about to see Jason in a way she hasn’t
before?
One very good thing about having Lulu back on the canvas?
Laura has someone to confide in!
More: Will Tracy’s decision to hire Lulu backfire?
What’s got Kristina feeling suspicious? And are her
suspicions correct?
Nina and Curtis put their heads together and come up with a
plan for moving forward.
Tuesday, January 28:
Something is about to have a major impact on Alexis, who’ll
be left stunned!
Kai is about to have his own cheerleader in Trina, who
pushes him in the best way.
Who is issuing Carly a warning… and will the always-stubborn
lady take it to heart?
As Emma continues to prove a troublesome teen, Anna winds up
having a serious talk with her.
Chase has a bit of news for Brook Lynn. Will it be with
regard to their future as parents?
Wednesday, January
29:
Dante’s a “been there, seen that” kinda guy, so we can’t
help but wonder what it takes to horrify him. Meanwhile, something is about to
catch Cody completely off guard and Brook Lynn tries to determine her next
move. Does anybody else suspect these three are on a collision course?
Tracy and Martin butt heads again. (Is there some major
chemistry developing between them…)
When Sasha gets real with Jason, will she tell him the
secret she’s carrying… literally?
Thursday, January 30:
Carly and Brennan get closer. (But how long until they get as
close as two people can?)
Lulu has something to share with Maxie.
Molly and Kristina are equally taken aback.
As Dante catches Chase up on things, Cody can’t help but
jump to a conclusion that may or may not be the wrong one!
Friday, January 31:
When Rick and Ava plead their case, will it be heard or fall
on deaf ears?
Dante demands answers from Anna.
What will come to light when Brook Lynn tracks down Cody?
Will Lulu be able to process the food for thought she
receives from her mom?
Brad has a request to make and, it being Brad and all, it will surprise no one to hear that it happens to be an outrageous one!
The Bold & the Beautiful

Alas, no new episode
today due to President Donald Trump’s inauguration.
Li accuses a mystified Jack of fathering Luna, and Liam
grills his father. Never one to back down from a fight, Li doubles down with
Jack and Poppy about Luna’s paternity. But the doctor may come to regret that
decision. Here’s why. Liam is suspicious of Bill, which is a good idea on any
given day. But today Liam is especially right to wonder what’s going on because
his dad is doing his damnedest to hide Luna. Oh, snap! Li just handed Luna a
get-out-of-jail-free card!
Li demands Jack take a paternity test, and Liam hits a
nerve. With Steffy’s assistance, Finn has a light-bulb moment about him and his
parents. Yep, y’all really are just that screwed up. Though Liam begs Bill to
come clean about his recent isolation, he’ll probably be happier to think Pop’s
become a hermit than that he’s harboring a double murderess. Also, it might
spare Liam from falling prey to this twist. Incensed —Li gives Jack a paternity
test.
Steffy and Daphne put their plan in motion, and Li’s moment
of truth arrives. Steffy has to be laughing her butt off as Hope and Carter go
the extra mile to get Daphne Rose on board at Forrester. As a matter of fact,
in this very episode, Ridge and Taylor’s daughter revels in the fact that her
plan is going so swimmingly. It’ll be like taking candy Forrester from a baby! As
Bill and Luna discuss their pasts, we can’t help but wonder. Are these talks
going to impact their future? And if so, how?
Li reads her paternity test results and Daphne signs with
Carter. Carter and Daphne seal their deal… perhaps with a kiss? Or will Hope’s
new man manage to resist the temptation that right’s under his nose? In the
absence of a talk show host, Li has to announce whether Jack is Luna’s father
herself.
Krista Allen shares a
Taylor-made update — and a heartfelt message.

The Young & the Restless
Recaps
Young & Restless
will be pre-empted due to CBS News Coverage of President Donald Trump’s
inauguration.
Melissa Ordway: “Just
happened to get lucky enough to catch this on camera.”
Claire puts a twisted plot into action, and Chance and Nick
find new evidence. Victor knows when something’s amiss. Always. So it should
be no surprise to Nikki that he becomes suspicious of her actions. Though
Nick and Chance follow a lead to find Sharon, will it be a case of “out of the
sewer, into the frying pan” for the beleaguered heroine? As Claire continues to
plot the ultimate downfall of her unhinged aunt, she slyly gains Jordan’s
trust.
Restless Rant! Young
& Restless’ [Spoiler] will kill Jordan!
Nick and Chance connect Jordan and Ian, and Claire brings
her aunt to the ranch. Since this pivotal character has not come into
Victor’s life, he busies himself by setting a trap.
Guess Chance and Nick’s lead doesn’t yield results. A day later Sharon is still working toward her escape. It seems like only yesterday that Victoria got back the daughter she lost. So you can’t blame her for worrying about Claire’s safety with Jordan on the loose. Double trouble! Claire’s next move could end, not one, but two romances!
Nick finds Sharon, and
Claire takes Jordan where?!
Sharon escapes, and Jordan goes to extremes. Victor backs
“that Jordan woman” into a corner. Could the ranch’s wine cellar be about to
turn off its “vacancy” sign again? Having just finished reading How to Lose
Friends and Adversely Influence People, Ian torments Mariah. Mark our words:
It’s only a matter of time before this happens. How much more can Sharon take?
As her life hangs in the balance, it’s now or never for a rescue and/or escape!
Murder alert! Ian’s
next blood-chilling move might just be his last!
Sally surprises Billy, and Jordan dies. Or did she? One can
never really know in soapland? This will go well: Victor questions Nikki’s
judgment. Hasn’t he learned by now that his wife doesn’t care for being second-guessed?
With Ian intent on weaseling his way back into Mariah’s good graces, we shudder
to think what the shocking discovery she makes is. For the gazillionth time,
Billy starts a new chapter. But will the book he’s in ever have a happy ending?
Christian Jules
LeBlanc shares a real-life surprise that will give you chills.
Next Week
The truth about
Heather’s murder finally comes to light, Sharon rewinds through her past,
Mariah fears for the future, and unless we’re mistaken, Victor lowers the boom
on Ian once and for all.
Monday, January 27:
Though doing so has virtually never worked out for Victor,
he nonetheless covers up a secret to protect his family. Maybe this will be the
time that his decision is for the best?
As she’s been doing since learning that Ian was out and
about, Mariah worries about Tessa’s safety. We have a feeling things are about
to get a whole lot worse for the couple before they get better — if they get
better!
Hope Sharon has blocked out a good chunk of time. Because if
she is intent on reflecting on her past mistakes, it’s gonna take a while!
Restless Rant! This
week’s Young & Restless column looks at what may be Ian’s last stand… Plus,
what did you think of Jordan’s ending?
Tuesday, January 28:
Victor puts Ian Ward in the hot seat. The question is, will
the Black Knight be able to keep him there? Might we suggest restraints?
Since Michael takes on a dangerous assignment, we can only
assume that it has to do with ending Ian’s reign of terror.
No nose-twitching required: Sally works her magic to impress
Billy. We predict he’ll be utterly enchanted in three, two…
Wednesday, January
29:
Victor vows to stop Ian Ward at all costs, leading to a
shocking turn of events. Is the baddie about to meet his maker?
Thursday, January 30:
“The Newmans recover
from a volatile situation.” But let’s be real. After what they’ve been through,
they can only begin to recover.
When Chance uncovers the truth, half the canvas will be
flipped on its head.
Mariah’s world is rocked — and, we fear, not in a good way!
Friday, January 31:
Chelsea takes a risk with Adam. Are the old flames about to
be relit?
How will Daniel feel when the truth about Heather’s death
comes to light?
Kyle pushes Claire to come clean. But will she be willing to
tell all to her new love? Speaking of Claire…
As her life takes yet another shocking turn…
