Rafe offers EJ a deal for his freedom and Jada catches wind
that something’s off. EJ has formed some questionable alliances in the past,
but the one he’s approached about today might actually be one worth
considering. Jada gets an earful about Javi’s love life. Joy might want to wear
something fireproof because Chanel is about to unleash her fiery wrath.
Opinion: Romance rules
the New Year, but which couples will last?
Chanel ends her acting career, and we finally learn who the
new Lady Whistleblower is. Leo hasn’t been terribly lucky in love, but things
are looking up as he and Javi find their way back to one another! Stephanie
needs Chad to stand by her side, but will he do so? Johnny is in for a shock,
courtesy of his wife. When Alex gives Joy a shoulder to cry on, might it lead
to something more than comforting?
Brady and Sophia’s mom clash over their future and Doug
tries paying off his debts. Brady and Tate prove they’re in it together. Ava
wants something that Kristen isn’t necessarily the best at providing: the
truth! How will Holly react when Sophia updates her on the situation with Tate?
Doug may be a bit of a scoundrel, but he’s there for Julie when she needs him
to be.
As L.A. Fires force
soap stars to evacuate, one soap actress throws open her home: “I will put you
up, I will take care of you.”
Stephanie overhears Philip admitting Victor’s letter is forged,
Brady and Kristen get on the same page, and Tate makes a suggestion about the
baby. Apparently, working together hasn’t exactly helped Xander and Philip
learn to get along, as evidenced when they get in one another’s faces today.
Holly and Doug find themselves bonding. Will Tate listen to the apologetic
words Sophia offers? On today’s episode of The Blame Game, Kristen and Brady
take turns hurtling accusations at one another!
Cat tells Marlena what really happened with John and
Catharina, Holly offers Doug a solution, and Stephanie dumps Philip. Sarah asks
Xander to do the seemingly impossible: Avoid breaking the law in his attempts
to bring Philip down. Meanwhile, Stephanie has some harsh words for Philip.
Holly hopes that Doug will open up and share the truth with her. Julie and Chad
are able to offer one another a bit of comfort.
Next Week
Chad is shocked to see
Cat, Marlena receives troubling news, and Kristen is in a panic — plus, Leo
sets a trap for Lady Whistleblower.
Monday, January 13:
Has Sarah finally figured out Victor’s letter is fake when
she confronts Philip and Kate? Hopefully, she figures things out sooner, rather
than later, since it sounds like working with Philip might have Xander running
to Maggie to complain!
Since they tried saying goodbye forever before the holidays,
we can understand why Chad is stunned to run into Cat.
John’s absence is definitely felt and by none more so than
Marlena, who turns to Steve to cry on.
Between Alex’s fling with Joy and Abe’s demands that
Stephanie track down Lady Whistleblower, we could see why Kayla would need to
console Stephanie.
Tuesday, January 14:
Leo has a favor to ask of Abe, and seeing as how Bonnie and
Hattie just made up, we’re pretty sure we know what it is!
With their own love lives taking off, it’s no wonder that
Gabi and Javi tease each other. After all, that’s what cousins do!
The Salem PD gets another boost when Shawn welcomes JJ back
into the fold. And they’re probably going to need the extra manpower to figure
out what’s up with Rafe. EJ certainly won’t help there, as he’s too busy
playing dumb with Jada!
Wednesday, January
15:
EJ’s never one to waste an opportunity, and that applies to
Arnold, too, as the ex-DA is about to enlist his help.
Maybe Maggie gave Xander some good advice since he’s making
a peace offering to Philip.
Let’s hope Stephanie can keep quiet after Sarah turns to her
and asks her not to start spreading it around.
Leo and Javi share a friendly moment, which, we all know,
could easily blossom into something more.
Thursday, January 16:
Seeing as how he’s about to be the father to another
friend’s baby, Tate’s surprise romantic gesture to Holly had better be a doozy
to win her over!
Gabi really doesn’t like Leo, as she tries to convince Javi
to cut his flash-in-the-pan ex loose, even as a friend. Is this the bad news
Leo reveals to Marlena, or is there something more?
Kristen catches Rachel acting out, but punishment may be too
little too late. The kid may have succeeded in breaking up another of Daddy’s
relationships as Ava’s trying to end things with Brady!
Friday, January 17:
Kerry’s time as a columnist may soon be up as Leo lays a
trap for the secretive new Lady Whistleblower.
A panicked Kristen interrupts Ava and Brady, which has us
worried about Rachel’s well-being! (Especially
since we know she’ll be disappearing and recast.)
Well, we can check one problem off our list as Doug finally
pays off his debts!
We’re guessing Tate’s gesture wasn’t quite enough to keep
Holly from realizing that he and Sophia are bonding.

Jason is about to get an earful! Michael is in grave danger… emphasis on grave.
Trust us, this is gonna be ugly! Brad is about to lash out at someone… but who?
Josslyn discovers something.
Michael Easton reveals
why he’s been MIA — and why it’s good news for fans.
The soap will be
preempted due to ABC News coverage.
Michael hangs on in critical condition after the explosion
at Sonny’s penthouse, and Brook Lynn and Lois discuss her pregnancy as a
teenager. Today promises to be must-see TV, especially if the accidentally released details about the events involving Jason, Michael, and
Sonny come to pass.
Ryan Paevey
(ex-Nathan) braces fans for ‘some good news, some bad.’
Drew blames Carly for what happened to Michael, Diane tries
to take custody of Michael’s children, and Michael wakes up! In the wake of an
explosive event, Sonny wants answers… and he won’t stop until he gets them! Who
might be Cyrus’ next target in 2025? Anna may not want to rely on Brennan, but
she once again finds herself in need of his assistance. When Jason comes to him
with a request, will Lucas honor it? Nina has a bit of advice for her daughter
Willow. When Drew interrupts Carly, will it be to share with her disturbing
news?
As L.A. Fires force
soap stars to evacuate, one soap actress throws open her home: “I will put you
up, I will take care of you.”
Cyrus injects Michael with digitalis, and Willow stands up
to Carly and Sonny! Ric hopes that he can perhaps change Alexis’ mind. But
given that he’s not one of her favorite people, can she be persuaded? Cyrus is
in the right place at the right time, at least when it comes to what he’s able
to overhear! Willow decides it’s time to be large and in charge. Two great
legal minds clash when Diane and Martin spar. In the wake of tragedy, Sonny and
Carly are drawn back into one another’s orbit.
Next Week
After a chat with gal
pal Nina, Ava sets a new goal for herself. Meanwhile, as several questions hang
in the air, Anna tries to get answers. As for Drew… well, let’s just say he’s
not very popular with several locals this week!
Monday, January 13:
Someone should be trembling in their shoes when Carly issues
a stern warning!
We love it when Tracy and Stella share scenes, so we’re looking
forward to the ladies catching up with one another.
Kai and Trina continue to bond as they share another close
moment.
Why is Cody seeking out Brad?
Nina and Sonny figure out a way for them to both get what
they’re after.
Tuesday, January 14:
Lucky’s got a bit of new intelligence to share, but which
local mystery might it help solve?
Tracy has a major soft spot for Luke’s daughter. But when
Lulu comes to her with a request, will she honor it?
Dante shares everything he knows with Sonny.
It seems safe to say that any lingering attraction Nina had
for Drew is gone when she puts him on blast. Then again, they’ve crossed the
line between hate and love — or at least lusts — before, haven’t they?
Jason has an idea he wants to run by Carly.
Wednesday, January
15:
Someone’s about to be hauled in for questioning. Will Anna
be able to get them to crack?
Tracy’s never been particularly fond of Jason, so he might
have a tough time doing what she implores him to.
Will Carly turn on the charm to get information out
of Brennan?
Drew makes it clear he’s not about to listen to what Alexis
has to say.
Trina gets to know Emma. Will they become friends or rivals?
Thursday, January 16:
Get the popcorn — and maybe some booze — because Carly and
Tracy are about to have it out with one another!
When Willow needs someone to talk to, she turns to former
hubby Chase… which may or may not be the best decision!
Nina confides in Ava.
Trina should get ready to be impressed, at least if Kai has
his way!
That shared past of Cody and Dante’s is about to become a
very important talking point in the present! We can’t help but wonder whether
Dante or Cody is the father of Brook Lynn’s baby she had as a teen?
Friday, January 17:
Yet another person lays into Drew. This time, it’s Jordan’s
turn!
Lulu and Brook Lynn prove that old wounds never really heal
as they butt heads once again.
Willow has a huge decision to make.
What’s Tracy done this time? We’re not sure, but it’s gonna
get her in big trouble!
Ava is a woman on a mission!
