Days of Our Lives C&G News

Who's coming and who's going from Days of Our Lives (DOOL)?  Are any favorite performers from yesteryear returning to the daytime drama, this week, or in the near future?

Have any new actors or actresses been cast on the show in contract, recurring or day player roles?  Are any well-remembered stars from other soaps, past or present, about to join Days of Our Lives fold in surprise new parts?  Here's the latest casting news from the NBC soap.

The Week of July 6, 2020

Judi Evans, who last aired as Adrienne Kiriakis in May, when the character was killed in a car crash, is back in another familiar role:  Bonnie Lockhart.  She makes her first appearance on Wednesday, July 8 in scenes with Wally Kurth's, Justin, at which point she was sent back to Statesville Prison.

Meanwhile, on the exit front, the trio of special guests who attended Lani (Sal Stowers) and Eli's (Lamon Archey) nuptials have all wrapped up their stints on the soap.  Namely Marilyn McCoo as Lani's mom, Tamara Price; Vanessa Williams as Eli's mother, Valerie Grant; and Billy Davis, Jr. as Billy, Eli's old FBI mentor.
