The DAYS spoilers for Thursday, July 8, 2021, tease proof that a DiMera can indeed take the high road, that a person can only be pushed so far before they lash out, and that a lovelorn feller is willing to go to great extremes to make his amorous point.
DAYS Spoilers Highlights
After getting over their initial shock at learning that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) slept with her ex-husband, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) debate their next move.
Blackmail is seriously considered – after all, it would serve his relatives right after the way they treated him in the boardroom, voting him out as CEO of DiMera – but, in the end, look for Jake to decide to do the noble thing, and hand over the incriminating document to Sami.
Of course, you can then fully expect to see Sami promptly destroy the piece of offending mail. She then works to convince herself that there will be no further reason to worry; more fool her.
DOOL Spoilers: In The Know
In the meantime, DAYS spoilers reveal that Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) remains on a mission to save her marriage. To that end, she confronts Lucas – who also happens to be one of her ex-husbands (if you discount the fact that she was never legally divorced from hubby number one, Trent Robbins) – and demands that he come clean about his and Sami’s affair. She needs to have this information if she has any hope of getting her nemesis to back off on exposing her own indiscretion, after all!
Days of our Lives Spoilers: Pucker Up
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), displeased to learn that he’s emerged the loser in the battle for Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) affections, scoops the object of his ardor into his arms and kisses her – an act witnessed by his Uncle Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson)…the man whom Chloe promised her heart. Oh yes, the Phloe vs. Broe war is definitely back on!
