Days of our Lives Star Robert Scott Wilson Celebrates His Birthday

Life might be a little scary for Days of our Lives Ben, now that he’s about to be a father for and the devil may or may not have some hold on the wee one. But, in the real world, actor Robert Scott Wilson certainly has a reason to celebrate.

Happy Birthday, Robert Scott Wilson

That’s because he was born on November 9, 1987, in Grafton, Massachusetts, which means that this talented performer is turning 34 years old today! Upon graduating from Grafton Memorial High school, Wilson made his way to New York and landed his first on-camera role in the Anne Hathaway/Kate Hudson comedy film Bride Wars.

A subsequent move to Los Angeles resulted in employment as a fashion model, music video actor, and guest roles on many popular primetime programs, including Super Ninjas, The Middle, Greek, and The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

From August of 2012 until the spring of 2014, Wilson modeled for the early morning daytime game show The Price Is Right — becoming the first male to do so. During his time with that series, he also joined the cast of the Online Network’s continuation of the canceled ABC soap opera All My Children.

After saying goodbye to The Price Is Right, Wilson took over the part of Ben Weston on the NBC serial Days of Our Lives. He made his debut on May 22, 2014, replacing incumbent Justin Gaston.

Originally introduced as a child abuse survivor and a spoiler for the popular Abigail/Chad coupling, Wilson’s Ben became a fan favorite. However, by Fall 2015,  the character had descended into madness — driven by his jealousy over Abigail’s continued interactions with Chad — and became a serial murderer dubbed “The Necktie Killer.”

The storyline resulted in Wilson’s departure from DAYS although he would film brief reprisals in 2016 and 2017. He returned to the soap as a full-fledged regular beginning on June 1, 2018, and has remained front and center ever since thanks to his romance with legacy character Ciara Brady — the daughter of ’80s supercouple Bo and Hope.

We would like to wish Robert Scott Wilson a very happy birthday!!!!!
