B&B Spoilers Recap For August 17: Deacon Flirted With A Strange Familiar Woman

B&B spoilers recap for Wednesday, August 17, 2022, features a not-so-mysterious woman showing up at Il Giardino to sweep Deacon Sharpe off his feet.

B&B Spoilers Recap Highlights

Deacon (Sean Kanan) took some downtime after work to have himself a drink. One too many drinks, in fact. He tipped his glass to a dead Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown)…how about that?

Surprise! Sheila’s not dead. She was there in the bar wearing quite the disguise. It was so good it fooled the drunken Deacon, no problem. That or this is some kinky role-play, and Deacon is well aware of who he was making eyes with. Either way, Sheila followed him to his place, where they made hot, passionate love.

B&B Recap: Daddy Knows Best

Meanwhile, Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) showed up at the cottage for another chat with Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle). She tried to blow him off, but he pushed on. He assured her he wasn’t doing this to spite Hope, but he wanted his son home. Don’t worry, though, you’ll still see him all the time.

Hope pushed back, but Thomas stood his ground. He outright told Hope he was taking Douglas Forrester (Django Ferri) for the night tomorrow for some father/son time. Hope balked as if a sleepover was the worst thing in the world.

Over at the office, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) tried to explain himself to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). Oh sure, he and Taylor smooched, but it meant nothing. NOTHING! Brooke wasn’t born yesterday and saw right through it. However, she forgave him.

Things were looking up for the couple until the topic of Douglas came up. It became very clear very fast they were not on the same page. She was team Hope, and he was very much Team Thomas.

At the same time, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) was pushing her mother to turn on the charm with Ridge. Mommy, you need to get Daddy back. It was all very juvenile, as usual.
