The Young and the Restless
Billy makes a bold move, Victor makes a decisive one, and Diane makes the kind that could get her killed all over again. Plus, as Jack and Phyllis ponder their future, Chance sees a troubling amount of Devon in his and Abby’s.
Friday, May 20:
Summer and Kyle bar Ashland from Harrison, Esther gets a hit on a dating app, and Ashley confronts Phyllis!
Here’s a pair that needs no reminding that two heads are better than one: Phyllis and Ashley discuss Diane’s latest move. The question is, will they be able to come up with a countermove to thwart the thorn in their sides?
Mother’s Day has come and gone, but Chloe may still have found the perfect present for Esther when she helps her mom start a new chapter. Maybe Katherine’s former maid is going to become an exec at Newman Enterprises or Chancellor-Winters! (Everybody else has!)
When Kyle faces a major decision, you can bet that it has to do with his back-from-the-dead mother. Or will it? Perhaps the Abbott heir will be facing a complex choice of a different nature.
Week of May 23:
Monday, May 23:
We wouldn’t want to be in Ashland’s shoes right about now. When Victor discovers his foe’s Achilles’ heel, you can bet that he will stop at nothing to exploit that weakness and banish Victoria’s latest spouse from their family — and Genoa City — for good.
When Summer and Chelsea talk shop, perhaps a new plan will be stitched together — one that will help ill-fated Rey’s unrequited crush put the spring back in her step. Maybe Kyle’s missus wants to recruit the designer for Marchetti?
Nikki had to see this one coming. So when her credibility is questioned, expect the exotic dancer-turned-politician-turned-Newman Enterprises CEO to have no trouble defending herself.
Tuesday, May 24:
Oh, Billy. Will he never learn? Rhetorical question. Of course he won’t. Today, he makes a bold move. But will it be a smart one? We’ve consulted our handy Magic 8-Ball on the matter and “Outlook not so good.” Shocking.
Speaking of grim prospects, Amanda learns disturbing news. Has Imani gone too far in her pursuit of Nate? Is a health crisis on the horizon for Devon’s lady love? Or is something altogether different about to go wrong?
Never content with the amount of power they wield, Adam and Sally size up the competition. They really do seem to think that they only way to get a leg up is by taking someone else down, don’t they?
Wednesday, May 25:
This is going to require diagrams and flowcharts. Maybe an interpreter, too. When Jack and Phyllis dissect their relationship, will they finally come to the conclusion that we long ago did — that they are destined to see if they can not only get together again but stay together?
Bad move, Diane. She pushes Nikki too far, perhaps forgetting how easy it was for all of Genoa City to believe that Victor’s wife really had murdered her once upon a time.
Popcorn time! We’re already salivating at the prospect of watching Victor shut down Ashland’s apology tour. Some things, “sorry” just can’t fix!
Thursday, May 26:
Apparently, Victor is on a real tear this week! Only a day after he tells Ashland where he can shove his mea culpas, he gives Diane a warning.
Hmm. If Chance struggles with Devon and Abby’s bond — and he does — is the stage being set for the blonde’s husband to possibly turn to a certain someone else? One of Soaps’ editors is already shipping the potential couple, even if she also feels hella guilty about it! Find out why here.
No doubt stemming from his “bold move,” Billy lands in hot water with Lily. Did the avid podcaster go out on a rickety limb and start naming names?
Friday, May 27:
Given that Summer doesn’t trust Diane as far as she could throw the luggage she struggled to get over the Abbott threshold, it should be easy for Phyllis to recruit her daughter to help take her on. Certainly, Kyle’s wife holds more sway with him than does his conniving mother. Um… right?
Given that Chelsea suffers a setback, we’re going to assume that her shop talk with Summer doesn’t leave her seeing the world sunny side up.
As he always has, Jack protects Kyle’s best interests. Our immediate thought: What has Diane done — or what is she trying to do — now?
The Bold and the Beautiful
We sense a new round of partner swap in the making, Liam’s spending an awful lot of time with a woman who isn’t his wife (at least not his current one), Ridge makes a decision with one lady love that will not sit well with his other one, and according to Carter, there just may be a new threat to Quinn’s tenuous marriage. What — or should we say who — is it?
Friday, May 20:
Sheila and Brooke trade threats in a heated jailhouse confrontation, Ridge confronts Thomas, and Deacon learns of Sheila’s crimes.
Unable to suppress his guilt, Thomas breaks down to Ridge about his involvement with Sheila. His father is bound to be upset that his son didn’t speak up immediately and engaged in yet another manipulation… but his good intentions and guilt might win the younger designer some brownie points. Brooke, on the other hand, is almost certain to be utterly unforgiving of her stepson.
It’s on like Donkey Kong! Get ready for a little — okay, a lotta — jailhouse rock when Deputy Chief Baker grants Brooke face-to-face time with an imprisoned Sheila.
Week of May 23:
Monday, May 23:
Li had an intense dislike of Sheila before, having barred her from even seeing Finn’s body one last time, so we can only imagine what her reaction will be when she discovers that her son’s biological mother was responsible for his death. We might actually fear for Sheila’s well-being if she weren’t behind bars!
Coming as a surprise to exactly no one, Liam provides Steffy with the love and support she desperately needs. Will Hope be able to cope, or will she finally have had enough uncertainty in her marriage?
Tuesday, May 24:
Well, this won’t end well. Ridge and Taylor make a pact to keep Thomas’ involvement with Sheila a secret. But as we know, nothing stays hidden on soaps. When this information comes out and the cover-up is revealed, will Brooke see it as a betrayal? If so, what will become of her “destiny” with the dressmaker then?!
As rare as an eclipse and just as likely to turn dark: Brooke and Taylor share a cathartic moment and put their differences aside.
Wednesday, May 25:
In the latest chapter of the Meddling Mom Chronicles, Brooke worries to Hope about the time that Liam is spending with Steffy. If her daughter wasn’t worked up about it before, she certainly will be after some of her mother’s trademark gloom and doom!
Steffy looks to Li to provide needed closure about Finn. It took so long to get around to this point, we actually thought Finn might still be alive!
Thursday, May 26:
At least it’s not Donna and Quinn… yet. How will Eric fare when he attempts to defuse a quarrel between Taylor and Brooke over Ridge? If he starts spouting his usual line about Brooke and Ridge belonging together, Doc isn’t going to take kindly to it, we’re sure!
Get ready to ruuumble!! Paris pushes back when busybody Grace demands she choose Zende over Carter. We can’t imagine what the elder Buckingham is thinking, but we’re keen to see what her daughter will have to say as she stands up for her right to choose her own man, thank you very much.
Friday, May 27:
Well, this isn’t foreshadow-y at all: Carter worries to Quinn that Paris may interfere in her marriage to Eric. Little do they know the marriage may be on unstable ground already, what with the Forrester patriarch indulging in extracurricular activities of the, er, sticky variety with his ex-wife.
We’re not sure if we’re all cried out about Finn yet… but we’re about to find out when Ridge and Thomas comfort an emotional Steffy over her lost future with her husband.
Sheila may be behind bars, but her final words are still ringing in our ears… and have us thinking she might just be back to get revenge on Brooke!
General Hospital
Esme continues to spin her deceitful web even as Trina seems to be getting closer to a guy who isn’t Spencer! Meanwhile, Ava meets with Valentin, Brook Lynn deals with a recurring problem, and things get downright explosive as the visitation hearing gets under way!
Week of May 16:
Monday, May 16:
Portia lashes out at Spencer, Trina faces possible expulsion, Ned is displeased with Michael and Drew’s offer, and Valentin secretly meets with Ned.
Leo’s been having a bit of anxiety about his performance, but today’s the big day. Surely having his family in attendance will help… right? Then again, the Quartermaines aren’t necessarily known for “helping” in high-pressure situations!
How will Ned feel about the offer being made to him by Drew and Michael?
Anna clearly has feelings for Valentin, and it sure seems as if the feeling is mutual. Then again, he recently had a lovely chat with ex Nina. Perhaps Felicia will be able to get to the bottom of the situation when she asks the charming Cassadine what his intentions toward her friend really are.
What did Stella know… and when did she know it? We’re about to find out when she finally confesses to Curtis.
Things with Spencer aren’t going quite the way Esme would like, so the vixen does what she does best: manipulate someone. But not Spencer… his dad, Nikolas! Meanwhile, it looks as if Trina has a bit of bad news to share with Ava and Portia.
Tuesday, May 17:
Spencer brings Sam into the loop about what he’s found on Esme, Valentin tries to strike a deal with Ned, and Brook Lynn and Chase’s big moment is ruined by someone from her past.
Yesterday, Michael and Drew were making an offer to Ned. Today, the guys are on the receiving end of a most unexpected offer… from Michael’s mom! What, exactly, does she have in mind? Meanwhile, Ned takes a meeting that could prove surprising…
Get the popcorn, because we’re going to save you a front-row seat as Ava and Esme butt heads! Meanwhile, Sam tells Spencer it’s time for him to cough up some answers!
Leo’s got something on his mind and, being a straight-shooter, puts it bluntly to Chase.
What will Gladys do with the info after she figures out what Sasha’s been hiding?
Wednesday, May 18:
Brook Lynn punches Linc after he reveals their unfinished business and Gladys makes a big demand of Sasha to keep her secret.
When it comes to family problems, Sonny and Brando are both dealing with their share. Will either be able to provide the other with advice when they have a confab at the garage?
Portia has every reason to be concerned about Trina’s situation. When the fretting mom opens up to Curtis, will he be able to assuage her fears?
With Marshall still missing — and Brooklyn being where he supposedly ran off to — Molly and TJ head for the Big Apple to search for his grandpa.
Sasha would probably love to deny Gladys’ accusations, but when confronted with pretty solid evidence, will she crack?
Just when it’s looking as Brook Lynn and Chase will finally steam things up, they’re interrupted by… well, honestly, who cares who it is? The interruption is definitely unwanted!
Thursday, May 19:
Violet gives Finn something to think about as Liz displays troubling behavior after insisting Franco is trying to reach out to her.
Bobbie is in the right place at the right time — or the wrong place at the wrong time, depending on your perspective — and, after overhearing Carly’s conversation, has questions for her daughter.
Speaking of “right place, right time,” just as Nina is having a most uncomfortable encounter at The Savoy, who should walk in but Sonny. (Something tells us he’ll deal with the problem!)
Portia, Epiphany and Stella wind up taking things in a completely different direction!
The mystery surrounding Elizabeth isn’t likely to be much clearer after she has a tense encounter with Finn, Laura and Kevin. Meanwhile, Gregory gets to spend a little time with Violet at Kelly’s!
Friday, May 20:
Finn and Cam discover Liz in a sleepwalking trance, and Finn realizes Liz has been haunting herself. Plus, Jordan is hit with an important memory about Portia.
Ah, you have to love life in a small town like Port Charles, where there are apparently only three places in which to grab a drink. That explains how Bobbie, Carly, Sonny and Nina all wind up at The Savoy. (You’d think Sonny would support his own business, Charlie’s!)
Michael and Willow are ready to share a little bit of a romantic evening.
TJ will have to leap into action to prevent a bad situation from becoming worse as things heat up in Brooklyn.
Violet’s theory has Finn and Gregory wondering if maybe the little girl has figured out something they’ve completely missed.
Portia will have to step in when Taggert gets in Jordan’s face about the Trina situation!
Week of May 23:
Monday, May 23:
Dante has done his best to be supportive of his dad, but he’s not so sure he supports Sonny’s latest decision. Meanwhile, Carly tries to get her zen on only to have her yoga session interrupted. Things will definitely not be peaceful at the studio…
Britt’s been under Selina’s thumb for a while now, and she’s been ordered to keep Brad in line. But the question she asks today might indicate she’s ready to defy her pal’s aunt.
The mystery of Elizabeth’s haunting gets a bit closer to being solved as she closes in on the truth about recent events.
Where Linc goes, trouble follows, which is why Brook Lynn is so frustrated with her current situation.
How will Curtis react to the news TJ shares with him?
Tuesday, May 24:
The hearing which will decide Wiley’s future gets under way with Nina taking the stand. (Who’s bringing the popcorn?) As things progress, Scott decides to roll the dice by putting a questionable witness on the stand.
Elizabeth’s loved ones rally around her.
When Alexis butts heads with Gregory, is it really about The Invader… or might there be something more beneath the surface?
Wednesday, May 25:
Anyone who thought the visitation hearing would be a simple, civilly-handled manner has clearly not been paying attention as lines were drawn and sides were chosen. Today, things continue to escalate…
Cam is upset when his time with Josslyn is interrupted, but she does her best to soothe his ruffled feathers.
No, Rory hasn’t suddenly become an art aficionado. We’re pretty sure the real reason he’s hanging out at Ava’s gallery has something to do with Trina.
Pour the martinis and watch the sparks fly as Ava and Victor try to out-charm one another. Should Nikolas be worried about the company his wife is keeping? And what will Spencer’s dad be able to pry out of Britt when he pays her a visit?
How will Esme feel about the latest condition put on Spencer’s trust-fund allowance?
Thursday, May 26:
This isn’t the first time Michael and Sonny have found themselves at odds. But when the younger man takes the stand at the visitation hearing, will what he says create an even larger rift between them?
Well, here’s an interesting twist: Victor finds himself serving as a chaperone between Nikolas and his wife, Ava!
Spencer is likely to be seeing green after he catches sight of Trina hanging out with Rory.
Chet shares a bit of news with Terry while his sister, Amy, eavesdrops.
Esme does what Esme does best… which, in case there were any doubt, means stirring up trouble. Who will she lure into her web this time?
Friday, May 27:
All the local singles gather to mingle at the Metro Court pool as the Society Setups event gets underway. Who’ll wind up connecting with whom?
Things get heated at the courthouse as the hearing draws closer to its conclusion.
The pieces may fall into place for Esme when she just happens to find a vulnerable Nikolas drowning his sorrows, all alone.
Chet has a tough decision to make, and Terry does what she can to help.
Well, this sounds downright dangerous: Ava and Laura have a conversation over target practice! Here’s hoping nobody ends up with a knife — er, axe — in their back!
Ava is having issues with Nikolas but she’s had a ton more with others over the years.
Days of Our Lives
Xander turns to someone from his past for an assist, Nicole receives a proposal, Gabi appears ready to move on from Jake, and EJ is by Belle’s side when she gets one heck of a shock!
Leo’s been plotting revenge against those who wronged him, but Will is ready to draw a line in the sand. Meanwhile, Belle has a shock for Shawn, EJ shares an unexpected kiss and the French Open tennis tournament has the nerve to knock the soap off the air for several days!
Week of May 16:
Monday, May 16:
Tripp serves himself up as the next devil host to save Allie, and Bo intervenes to help Ciara save baby Bo.
This is it, kids: The final battle between good and evil, as Marlena and her loved ones battle for the life and soul of Allie.
Ben and Ciara have fought for one another time and again, and their love has always proven unbreakable. But they’re now facing their greatest challenge yet as they fight for the life and soul of their baby boy!
It’s going to take more than an exorcism to rid Salem of such evil. As Days of Our Lives nears the end of the devil’s reign of terror, someone is killed — but there’s a twist!
As their family comes together in a time of crisis, Shawn and Belle find themselves drawn closer. Can they overcome the strife which has recently torn them apart?
Tuesday, May 17:
Bo revives Tripp after he’s declared dead, Allie learns about her possession, and Kate questions a resurfaced Lucas’ story.
Just when Ben and Ciara think things might be on the verge of going back to normal, they find themselves faced with an unexpected encounter.
Wednesday, May 18:
At Kiriakis mansion. Xander reaches out to Sarah, who gapes and grabs the back of her neck. Days of Our Lives
A desperate Xander turns to Eric for help, Sarah ends up on Nicole’s doorstep, and Eli and Abe connect the dots about TR.
Who’s got a secret? In Salem, just about everyone, but in this case we’re talking specifically about Paulina and Lani, who aren’t being completely honest with Eli and Abe.
Xander and Maggie are keeping a secret from Sarah, but struggling to keep their lips zipped. Will they finally come clean with her?
What does Eric have to tell Nicole that leaves her feeling a little disappointed?
Thursday, May 19:
Eric tells Sarah the truth, Lani confesses to Eli, and Chanel fears she’ll lose her mother.
Xander hopes that perhaps Eric will do him a favor. (Dare we hope that the reformed scoundrel is asking the former priest to officiate at his wedding to Sarah?) Meanwhile, Nicole is taken aback by the accusation Sarah hurls in her direction!
Always ready to champion the cause of love, Julie urges Abe to be honest with Paulina and tell her exactly how he really feels. Meanwhile, Chanel and Lani are by their mom’s side when she needs them most.
Friday, May 20:
Gabi is ousted at DiMera, until Kristen video conferences her way into the meeting. Plus, Allie and Tripp confess their love, but he still has one big concern named Chanel.
Sure, Johnny dumped Chanel about six seconds after they tied the knot, but — and this is an excuse you can probably only use once, maybe twice in a lifetime — the devil made him do it! Can he convince Paulina’s daughter that his love is true?
Gabi’s back is up against the wall, but she’s got an unexpected ally in her corner. Will they make the difference where her latest fight is concerned? Heaven knows she’ll need help, because it looks as if Chad and EJ are ready to put aside their differences and present a united front if it means they can drive her out once and for all!
Earlier in the week, Shawn and Belle seemed to be getting closer… but Jan’s about to work her wicked ways again. What does she do to get under her longtime rival’s skin this time?
Week of May 23:
Monday, May 23:
Few things in life are certain, but you can always count on Kristen to make things interesting wherever she goes. In this case, she’s about to turn the DiMera shareholder meeting into the kind of mess that viewers will appreciate a whole lot more than attendees!
The devil may have caused Johnny to hurt Chanel, but the young man hopes to make up for lost time. When he suggests they re-tie the knot that was undone almost immediately after they wed, will she see it as a good idea?
What starts out as a confrontation between Belle and Jan turns into something far more serious.
Why is Allie’s heart breaking over her future?
Tuesday, May 24:
If we could sell tickets to the showdown Leo and Nancy are about to have, we definitely would.
They say two can keep a secret if one of them is dead. So what will it mean when EJ shares the one he’s been keeping with Belle?
Despite their difficult-at-best history, Clyde and Ben manage to share a warm moment. (I guess babies really do work miracles!)
This could be a changing day for Sarah and Xander, and least if she allows him to make up for past mistakes.
Wednesday, May 25:
Are Rafe and Nicole really ready to take the plunge? He hopes so when he pops the question. (And don’t you dare ask which one. In this context there’s only one question!) Meanwhile, his ex, Ava, is getting a whole lot closer to Jake! And just to keep this love train rolling, Jake’s ex, Gabi, finds herself seeing Li in a whole new light!
Eric has some pretty big news for Kate and Roman. Given that the whole priest thing hasn’t gone particularly well for him, we’re betting he’s ready to give up the collar.
Thursday, May 26:
Abe is once again falling for Paulina. Unfortunately, she’s once again keeping a pretty huge secret from him! Will the fact that she’s doing it to protect Lani buy her a Get-Out-of-Trouble Free card?
Lani is the kind of woman who can’t help but carry around some guilt, and right now, the load is becoming unbearable!
Remember that brief moment when Chanel and Xander were an item? Perhaps he can play on that when asking her for an important favor. Meanwhile, Sarah is on the receiving end of surprising advice from Eric.
Friday, May 27:
The fact that Sonny finds himself having to try and figure out exactly what happened last night sounds as if it might be problematic… especially where his marriage is concerned! Meanwhile, Leo turns to Gwen for help as he continues working his way down that list of enemies he recently created. Who might he target next?
There’s just got to be a reasonable explanation for the fact that EJ and Belle walk in on Jan and Shawn in an embrace… right?
When Gabi and Li make a decision about their future, will it be with regards to business, pleasure… or a potentially unholy union of the two?
Week of May 30:
Monday, May 30:
The NBC soap will be pre-empted today.
Tuesday, May 31:
Having dealt with Leo far too many times, Will knows better than to take the scorned man’s actions lightly. But will he be able to convince Will to call the police?
Belle and EJ, up in a tree… K-I-S-S-I-N-G. But the real question is who spots them locking lips… and what might they do with the information?
Xarah fans will not want to miss today’s episode, in which the pair have a major breakthrough. Will this finally be the ticket to getting them back on track?
Wednesday, June 1:
Belle continues to struggle with everything going on between Shawn and Jan… to the point that she asks her husband to sign legal documents! Meanwhile, Jan turns to Marlena, of all people, for help.
Ciara goes to Rafe with a very special request.
Thursday, June 2:
The NBC soap will be pre-empted today.
Friday, June 3:
The NBC soap will be pre-empted today.
