The Young and the Restless

It’s shocks around the clock, as the Abbott family comes under attack, Victor squares off with an old enemy, Nikki is handed new mud to sling, Noah gets a blast from the past, Devon makes a surprising move at Chancellor-Winters, and Abby has a run-in that leaves her jaw on the floor.

Friday, September 30:

Diane panics, Kyle and Summer’s vow renewal gets underway, and Nikki reveals what Deacon gave her in LA.

When The Mustache talks, people listen. Well, most people, anyway. When Victor shares sound advice with Victoria, will she take it to heart or let it go in one ear and out the other one?

Ding-dong! Diane receives a surprise guest, and we’ll bet you any money that it’s this character.

Though Nikki gives Phyllis intel from her meeting with Deacon, will their combined efforts be for naught, considering the bold move that Diane will have made two days prior?

Week of October 3:

Y&R Restless Rant! Hot topics: the shocking reveal no one will see coming (it’s not *that* one), Sally/Adam/Nick, Chelsea/Billy/Lily, and the “Skyle” vow renewal.

Monday, October 3:

John’s sure to be smiling down from heaven when Jack defends his family against unexpected danger.

Uh-oh. Billy comforts Chelsea. And we all know how short a trip it is from comforting to kissing!

When Nikki is caught scheming with Phyllis, it will probably be by Diane. But would she really be surprised, knowing how high on her enemies’ hit lists she ranks?

Tuesday, October 4:

You have to get up pretty early in the morning to get one over on Victor, and his opponent today apparently slept in, because they’re outsmarted.

The doctor is in… cahoots! Victoria strategizes with Nate about the bold move that promises to change his life forever. It could also spark a war the likes of which Genoa City hasn’t seen since Victor vs. Jack.

If it’s a day of the week, someone in Genoa City must be switching careers, right? Who will it be this time when Devon announces a surprising new hire at Chancellor-Winters?

Wednesday, October 5:

It’s gonna seem like old times when Victor faces off with a former rival. Considering how low The Mustache is currently stooping (details here), we’re gonna go out on a limb and guess that the other guy doesn’t stand a chance.

This’ll go well… not! Adam and Chelsea clash over their parenting styles.

Noah’s past catches up with him… perhaps in the form of a certain woman with an entry in his little black book?

Thursday, October 6:

So hot, it’s “Sick.” A new power couple could be forming in the boardroom as well as the bedroom when Nick romances Sally.

Sharon’s skills are put to the test. Wait, but does anyone really doubt that she can make a good cup of coffee? (Here’s the new storyline we’re really dying to see kick off for her.)

Things can never be too chill for Abby for too long. That being the case, she has a shocking encounter. Because of course she does. The question is, with whom?

Friday, October 7:

Nikki uncovers dirt on Diane from an unexpected source, which may score her a win in the short run. But in the long one, is Mrs. Newman fighting a losing battle?

Billy makes a promise. Yeah, yeah, but let’s see if he can also keep it — that’s the tricky part.

Chelsea’s plan backfires. Which we kinda hope takes her one step closer to the plot twist that would altogether reboot the character.

The Bold and the Beautiful

It’s up, up and away as Ridge takes flight to make an impassioned plea to Taylor in Aspen. Then, Brooke follows suit to make an impassioned plea of her own. (Man, that’s a lotta jets and a lotta impassioned pleas!) Friday, September 30:

Ridge struggles with Brooke’s lie, Steffy and Taylor plan to leave town, and Liam and Brooke puzzle over the CPS call.

Hasn’t she been away enough?!? Steffy arranges for Taylor to take a trip to clear her head. Honestly, you’d think a world-renowned psychiatrist like her would be able to handle things better. After “dying” twice, shouldn’t it take more than a mere Logan vs. Forrester war to have Taylor packing her bags?

When Ridge calls on a friend’s favor to get the truth, will Brooke be exposed… or will he learn that his son is truly struggling again and that his wife was right to fear for her safety? Dun-dun-dunnn!

Week of October 3

Monday, October 3:

As scenes begin airing from the promised location shoot in Aspen, Steffy takes Taylor to her old stomping grounds to get clear about what she wants in life.

Uh-oh. Ridge’s heart breaks when Brooke gives the wrong answer to a specific question. Will this be the catalyst for a split that will send him to Aspen on a search for the other woman who holds a place in his heart? We can practically guarantee it.

Tuesday, October 4:

Thomas marvels at Hope’s ability to always see the best in him. We can only assume this means that she’s taking his side against her mother in the Case of the Mysterious Call to CPS. Find out who we believe to be the real culprit here.

As Ridge contemplates his destiny, which usually lands him directly in his Logan’s arms, will he instead turn to his ex-wife Taylor? Perhaps he should consider spending some time alone. If he needs a reminder of what it’s like to be torn between these two women, we’ve got a handy dandy guide to Brooke and Taylor’s fiercest battles that will jog his memory.

Wednesday, October 5:

When isn’t Liam anxious about something?!? This time, he’s tied up in knots about Thomas’ endgame for Hope. Sounds ominous, we have to admit.

Surrounded by the beauty of Aspen, Taylor has an epiphany. Maybe she wants to marry Ridge on the top of a mountain next time. Why does that sound so familiar?

Thursday, October 6:

Now in Aspen, an emotional Ridge pleads with Taylor to hear him out. Make him work for it, Doc! Actually, perhaps she should just walk away considering all the times Ridge has proven he’s just not that into her.

A surprise visit from Bill provides Brooke with important information. Will it be proof that she wasn’t the person who called CPS on Thomas as she’s been insisting? If so, will she try to convince her ex-husband to let her take the Spencer jet to Aspen to update Ridge before it’s too late?

Friday, October 7:

Never mind, she doesn’t need the Spencer jet! Determined to fight for Ridge, Brooke takes the Forrester jet and heads to Aspen. But what will she find when she arrives? Might the man she loves, who is convinced she betrayed him, be in the arms of her bitterest rival and the mother of two of his children — Taylor?!? If Steffy has anything to say about it, Brooke will undoubtedly get an eyeful. Cue the single tear!

Well, this doesn’t sound good at all: Donna voices her concerns to Eric about Ridge, Brooke and Taylor. Is it possible Eric received some devastating news that has left him prostrate with grief?

General Hospital

It looks as if the hook is about to strike again, but who will wind up being his (or her) victim. Elsewhere, Liz and Finn get together with friends, Chase hits the stage, and two of Sonny’s children find themselves getting up in his grill!

Monday, September 26:

The hook strikes again, one couple finally makes love, and Mac has a suspect in his sites.

Viewers who’ve been wanting to see “Vanna” pick up the pace of their romance will be happy to hear that today, they steam things up.

Brace yourselves, because what Alexis and Gregory discover today is going to be disturbing. Could this be connected to the fact that Finn will spend the episode fighting valiantly to save a life? Is the show really going to kill [Spoiler], and is [Spoiler] really the hook-wielding maniac?!?

Nikolas makes a huge sacrifice… but whom will it benefit? Is he perhaps protecting Ava, Spencer or even Elizabeth?

Cody calls out Felicia… which in our book is just plain rude. Does he not know he’s dealing with the former Aztec Princess? Geez!

James Patrick Stuart has a ‘cheeky’ suggestion for Josh Swickard — and a photo to illustrate it — and fans agreed!

Tuesday September 27:

Sonny has questions for Dex, Joss comes to someone’s defense, and Portia has a talk with Jordan.

Why, exactly, is Cameron calling out Trina… and over what?

Dante’s playing detective, and that means following his gut. But will a hunch lead him in the right direction?

Even as it’s becoming clearer that Sonny is at the middle of the unfolding mystery, he does his best to offer someone comfort. Meanwhile, Carly is on the receiving end of an unexpected visit.

Portia can’t help but feel uneasy.

Wednesday, September 28:

Dex gets hung up (literally), Sonny wants answers, Dante gets info, and Jordan asks Portia the million-dollar question.

Spinelli has always been close to Fair Samantha, so it’s no surprise that when he wants to spill his guts, she’s there to listen. Meanwhile, Sonny is looking for answers.

Dex has been told by Michael to stay away from Joss… even as Sonny has told his errand boy to keep an eye on her! With which of the men does he wind up in the hot seat today?

Trina is in for a shock.

Curtis goes to someone with an unexpected request.

Thursday, September 29:

Joss rides to the rescue where Dex is concerned, and Cody decides it’s time to get answers.

Sam has a few important questions she hopes Spinelli will be able to answer. Meanwhile, Josslyn and Dante put their heads together and do a little brainstorming. Will it help them close in on the person creating so much havoc in Port Charles?

Maxie tells Cody that despite how he’s feeling, he should try and keep an open mind as he moves forward.

When Austin takes another meeting with Mason, will we get more insight into what the two of them are up to?

The women in Curtis’ life have been sort of circling one another ever since news of the non-divorce hit, but today, Portia confronts Jordan.

Chesapeake Shores preview: DNA test results send one man into a whirlwind of emotions.

Friday, September 30:

Victor finds out things aren’t going well for Spencer, Valentin comes to a conclusion, and Anna gets her man… again.

Poor Spencer is still serving his time at Pentonville, but at least today he gets a visitor. Unfortunately, that visitor is Victor, not Trina, as we might have hoped!

Nikolas and Finn butt heads.

If you’re #TeamVanna, you’re not alone. And today, Valentin and Anna find themselves recruiting a new ally.

How will Gregory react when Elizabeth decides to take him into her confidence?

Chase has an important performance coming up. Fortunately, Brook Lynn is right there by his side to help him get ready for it!

Finn and Alexis ended their personal relationship ages ago, but they’ve managed to remain good friends. When she needs reassurances, he is there for her. But can he tell her what she really needs to hear?

We’ve been eyeing Dex suspiciously for a while now. Does the fact that Dante wants to talk to him mean the police are, too?

Josslyn and Trina find time to catch up with one another. Meanwhile, at Pentonville, Spencer is on the receiving end of a bit of unexpected assistance. (Anybody else suspect that good ol’ Uncle Victor is probably responsible?

Sonny always says there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for his children. But when Kristina comes to him with a special request, will that hold true?

Tuesday October 4:

Ryan’s no doubt going to be a very happy camper when Ava pays him a visit. But what on earth could she want from her psycho ex?

Victor would like nothing more than for the Cassadine family to be one, big happy family… so he probably won’t be thrilled when Nikolas rejects his request.

Sonny who? Carly has someone new to confide in, and it’s Drew.

People making a “shocking discovery” in Port Charles often means something very bad has happened. So what does that mean Josslyn is about to come across?

Valentin is continuing to weave his web, but it looks as if Michael’s not necessarily going to be lured in when he rejects the older man’s proposition.

Wednesday, October 5:

While we don’t necessarily think of Carly as being a person who actually has regrets, she winds up expressing a few. But to whom?

Sonny’s going to have his hands full when both Joss and Michael team up to confront him.

As Ryan finds himself struggling to believe what he’s seeing, Ava is busy putting in a good word for someone.

Curtis and Nina haven’t had a whole lot of time to hang out of late, but they finally manage to carve out time to catch up.

Thursday, October 6:

Brace yourselves, because The Hook is about to strike again. Who will wind up on the wrong side of the mystery person’s vendetta this time?

Two couples are about to hit the town as Liz and Finn get together with Terry and Yuri.

Portia is going to have to do her best to negotiate the peace between Curtis and Trina. But what are they butting heads over to begin with?

It’s been a long time in coming, but Chase is ready to put on a heck of a show at The Savoy. Will he be a hit?

Why in the world is Cody working so hard to avoid Maxie?

When not quilting “Never Say Quit” onto a throw pillow, Leo has the nerve to hit up Jack for some cash! Meanwhile, Nancy and Craig take a look at their current circumstances and actually consider the possibility of reuniting! Hey, stranger things have happened in this town…

It sounds as if the news that John is about to give Rex is of the bad variety. Just how awful has Marlena’s situation become?

Talk about having nerve! Kristen actually goes to Marlena and asks the shrink for help. And she should say yes because… ? Yeah, we got nothin’!

Leo continues trying to find someone who’ll help him out, today going to Chad with a proposition that we suspect will benefit one of them more than the other!

Jack and Jennifer share an emotional farewell.

Thursday, October 6:

Get ready for some awkward exchanges after Rafe and Jada find Nicole in Eric in the kind of situation that can best be described as “compromising.” Should these four just save everybody a little time and swap partners now?

There’s still an offer from EJ on the table, so Gabi takes a meeting with Ava in order to decide how they should proceed. Speaking of Ava, her ears might be ringing, because she’s being discussed across town, where Chanel offers ex-hubby Johnny some advice about the older woman.

Good thing Will’s around to lend an ear when Allie needs to talk to someone about her recent fight with Chanel.

Friday, October 7:

Ava and Johnny decide to — wait, can this be right? They actually decide to lay all their cards on the table with EJ?

Stephanie and Chad continue to bond over that great healer, cocktails.

Paulina gets a surprise visit from Sloan.
