General Hospital Recaps: Monday, December 6

Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are thrilled to see Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in the flesh. He tells them that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is MIA and presumed deceased. The couple also learns that Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) is Bailey’s father.

Word of Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) resurfacing reaches Laura Collins (Genie Francis). Her instinct is to return to Port Charles, but Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) convinces her to remain in protective custody. An assassin on Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) payroll readies herself to infiltrate Laura and Martin’s safe house.

Victor admits to “dealing” with Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig); Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) are horrified by the implication.

Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) sends Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) an SOS text message. They convene at the hospital’s chapel, and she warns him that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is threatening to reveal their romance; Willow overhears the two…Drew dedicates himself to tracking down Louise.

GH Recaps: Tuesday, December 7

Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) asks Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to give Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) the benefit of the doubt – and agrees to Esme’s suggestion that their friend group goes on vacation together. Esme continued to stir the pot re: Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Mikayla) romance that wasn’t.

Willow corrals Nina and reveals she knows about Nina and Sonny’s dalliance…Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) blasted Peter for his villainy. Peter insinuates Maxie’s ire is a result of interference on the part of Dr. Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).

General Hospital Recaps: Wednesday, December 8

Peter claims to have proof of Nina and Sonny’s liaison, but Sonny insists that it makes no difference – Peter will pay for killing Jason, and he will do so with his life. However, during a subsequent confab with Maxie, Sonny proclaims it’s in everyone’s best interest if Peter goes on living…The assassin makes her way into Laura and Martin’s safe house and sets about strangling the latter.

Nina begs Willow to forgo telling Carly what she overheard. Despite her better judgment, Willow does so…Maxie warns Austin to be wary of Peter…Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) gauge Michael’s interest in being Liam Michael’s godfather. He grateful accepts, and speaks in the affirmative for Willow when the young parents ask is she’ll be godmother.

GH Recaps: Thursday, December 9

Laura saves Martin from certain death; she then declares her intention to return home…After receiving pushback from Maxie, Sonny recommits himself to having Peter eliminated. He outsources the hit to Madame Wu (Lydia Look), and as recompense, he agrees to convince his man on the inside to vote for Brad Copper’s (Parry Shen) early release…Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) learns of Nina’s legal predicament, then realizes that Sonny and “Mike” are one and the same…

General Hospital Recaps: Friday, December 10

Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) efforts to get Peter to take responsibility for his actions are for naught. Someone, presumably Brad, serves Peter a poisoned breakfast…Madame Wu surprises Sonny with her suggestion that he find a replacement for Jason.

Nina forces Britt to admit that she holds Nina partially responsible for Jason’s death…Willow and Michael condescended to Brook Lynn and Chase, then agreed that there’s hope for yet for a reconciliation.
