General Hospital Recaps: Monday, September 5

Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) goes on a tear when Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) puts forth the idea of setting her stake in Deception in a trust. A fellow diner at Beradino’s attempts to record the unfolding action, but Sasha snatches and destroys his cell. Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) arrives just in time to soothe his wife.

Spencer Cassadine’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) plan to present Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) with a missive declaring his love hits a major snag when Trina puts an end to their friendship. Cameron Webber (William Lipton) encourages Spencer to come clean, but he balks. Spencer accidentally loses custody of the letter; it ends up in Trina’s possession much to Spencer’s chagrin.


Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) searches a dumpster for Avery Corinthos’s (Ava and Grace Scarola) carelessly mislaid bracelet. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) offers his assistance. The two share an erotically charged moment; Josslyn keeps this development to herself when discussing her night’s activity with Cameron.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) approaches Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about using his influence to boost Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) singing career, but Chase puts an end to the conversation; he doesn’t want to be indebted to a mobster… Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) suspicion that Trina is Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) natural daughter mounts… Sonny attempts to clear the air between himself and Curtis, but Curtis isn’t interested.

GH Recaps: Tuesday, September 6

Visions of Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) haunt Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). The women chance upon one another at their tormentor’s grave; polite conversation gives way to acrimonious exchanges; Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) inserts herself into the fracas.

Cameron Webber (William Lipton) and his band delight the assemblage at The Savoy… Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) delights over Portia and Curtis’s engagement announcement, then remembers swiping Curtis and Jordan’s divorce papers; she nudges the two to look into whether their marriage was actually dissolved… Spencer hedges and merely tells Trina that the letter contains his sorrow at not confessing his true feelings for her sooner.

Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) shares with Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) her theory that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) might be Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) natural son. Mac asks Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) several pointed questions about Cody; she takes this to mean that her would-be suitor is on Mac’s radar. Mac confesses to Felicia and Maxie that he’s not sure he wants to pursue his line of inquiry.

Mason’s (Nathanyael Grey) efforts to relay to Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) an assignment handed down by their boss are thwarted first by Britt’s interruption and then by Austin’s lack of interest… Cody helps Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) move his and Rocco’s belongings into Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) abode. Sonny warns Cody not to make trouble for Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) asked for Robert Scorpio’s (Tristan Rogers) contacts list; he obliges when she reveals she’s targeting Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy)… Victor puts Lucy on notice — he’s not one to messed about… Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Victor try to get Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) on their side… Victor takes a meeting with Sonny.

Sonny warns Victor to steer clear of Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West)… Ava lets Trina in on the truth: Spencer was her ally from the beginning; he only remained with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) in the hopes that he could get her to slip and incriminate herself. Trina makes tracks for the police station, but Spencer has already been hauled away to Pentonville.

Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) finds himself barred from seeing Ava as well as Spencer; he’s disheartened to learn that his son thinks him responsible for Ava’s plight… Felicia and Maxie work to convince Mac that investigating his possible blood tie to Cody is in the best interest of both men… Cody isn’t too thrilled to hear from Britt that Mac has been asking about him.
