Did Ridge Make the Right Choice on The Bold and the Beautiful?

Much of Ridge Forrester’s life has been about choosing between two women on The Bold and the Beautiful. First, it was between Caroline Spencer and Brooke Logan. Now, Brooke won out as Ridge recently informed ex-wife Taylor Hayes that he was moving back in with his wife.

The Bold and the Beautiful – Ridge’s Dilemma

But was it the right call? Soap Hub posed this question to B&B fans. Find out if your opinion falls into the majority or minority.

Ridge Loves Logan

The majority of you, about 59%, say that yes, Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) made the right choice. For the show’s early days, Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has been fascinated with Ridge. She’s believed that he is her destiny. The couple has conquered many challenges over the years. And, now, Ridge is back where he belongs…with his beloved ‘Logan.’

The Bold and the Beautiful Taylor-Made

Many of you, around 32%, believe that Ridge acted too hastily in going back to Brooke. Sure, Brooke says she never would have kissed Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) had she not been drunk but if Brooke had listened to Ridge in the first place then Deacon never would have been in her home on New Year’s Eve.

How long will it be before Brooke betrays Ridge again? Taylor (Krista Allen) only betrays Ridge if it’s the aftermath of an earthquake and her seriously injured mentor, Dr. James Warwick (Ian Buchanan), doesn’t want to die a virgin. Seriously, Taylor should not be getting dumped again! Why does Ridge even let her think they might have a future if it’s always going to be Brooke?

An Unmarried Woman

The rest of you 9% say that while it makes sense that Ridge returned to Brooke, you don’t necessarily agree that Brooke should have taken him back. Ridge can run off and have a (sort of) drunken marriage ceremony with Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) in Las Vegas but Brooke shares a kiss and a sexless sleepover with Deacon and then Ridge gets all high and mighty? Brooke always has the option of not taking Ridge back.
